I've been critical of the offensive coaches all year but what are they supposed to do when their QB can't complete basic passes They hv struggled with screen passes all year and its clear that the problem is EJ

EJ either isn't ready to play in the NFL or simply isn't talented enough to but either way he hurts the team more then helps at this point

Donahoe was more concerned with headlines then actually putting together a winning football team. One of the first things he said when he took over was that the team should have been in the playoffs the previous year...then proceeded to dismantle the team I thought his drafting was terrible actually. Taking Mike Williams a RT over Bryant McKinnie a LT was a mistake. McGahee was not a luxury they could afford to take especially since he was going to miss his rookie season. Using second round picks on Roscoe Parrish and Josh Reed was just ridiculous. He also traded up in the second round to get Ryan Denney which was just as bad He also hired Greg Williams

Chargers defense played as much a role in the win as the running game did forcing 3 straight 3 n outs and controlling the LOS most of the night

Unless the plan is to replace him with a proven number 1 I can't see them moving on from Stevie He is still the teams best WR and in my opinion is struggling more bc of the offense and QB then himself Stevie would be a great number 2 next to someone like Vincent Jackson

Completely agree The offense is way too basic and now they are scaling it back even more. I don't see any creativity in this offense and Hacketts inability to find ways to get his playmakers the ball shows how overmatched he is. Oh look another shotgun draw behind right guard for 2 yards I don't get the lack of return game this year

Run defense has to be this teams #1 priority this offseason as it has once again been the teams biggest problem I would really like this team to switch to a true 3-4 and get a real NT to clog up the middle

Good points Trestman is doing a good job but he took over a pretty good team that I believe won 10 games last year I really like Bradley and was hoping Bills would hire him. I liked the Marrone hire but I am concerned as I haven't seen any improvement and if anything have watched this team regress from a promising start. This team has the same feel as the Jauron teams. Jax looked terrible early in the year but are playing well lately and fully expect them to beat the Bills this weekend considering how terrible they are on the road

Why would anyone pay attention to what a coach or player says in a press conference

EJ looks like a guy that was just picked up off the street and forced to play
