  1. Graham went so far as to suggest most if not all of NE's big plays came as a result of defensive communication breakdowns.

He said "We are what we are...mediocre."

I liked his tone. He seemed pissed they lost, was frustrated, and wasn't afraid to call it like it is.

As he should being a guy that has also played for a Super Bowl champion, he has the credibility to lay it out there that performances like today are not acceptable.

  2.

It's not really a question of stamina since '99. Back then, we didn't stand for every friggin play of the whole game!

I do agree that games are no worse than they used to be - and actually tamer.

My father took me to games every year since I was 6 in 1968. I actually don't remember problems at the Rockpile. But, I do remember super drunk people at Rich, especially on MNF.

Then, in the 80s, it was ridiculous. There were fights all over (now that I think about it, I haven't seen one this year at all).........I saw an entire section get thrown out in '86 vs. Pats. MNF for Dolphins in '84 and Jets in '83 were melees. And, there were plenty more.

Agreed, I barely ever see fights anymore at the stadium and they were a pretty regular occurence just going back about 10 years ago. People can say what they want but the behavior has cleaned up a lot over the years

  3. Have my draft Wednesday night, excited but nervous as I do think this is gonna be a crazy year with so many changes throughout the NFL with old guys retiring, injuries, suspensions, guys going to new teams and playing in different systems.

  4. Does anybody know the root of his liking the Bills? Alls I remember is something he shared long ago about in his early

days in sports radio, he reported the Bills games. Something like that. I'm kind of sketchy on the details.

Yeh, he seems older than that. Doesn't he?

I remember seeing an interview somewhere with him talking about how he fell in love with the blue collar, working class fanbase we had...and then he started partying with Kelly and the boys

  5. Although I know its gonna be tough I would love to see OKC Durant and Westbrook win the NBA championship this year. Out of all the remaining teams in both the NHL and NBA the Thunder is the one team I would really get excited about bringing home the hardware. Golden State OKC is going to be such a fun and entertaining series to watch

  6. That's tough to say, since none of them were asked point blank about Ditka, but you could tell from the anecdotes and body language that the D players who would have gone to hell and back for Buddy might not have pissed on Ditka to put him out if he was on fire....

The ending was so emotional when they were reading the letter that Buddy wrote to them...and then when the guys were talking about wishing they could do it all over again and I loved when McMichael said "thats when your really living baby"

Two emotions instantly came to me as the film wrapped up 1) I really miss playing little league/high school football myself and would love to do it all over again

    2) Really made me wish the 90's Bills could've had experienced at least just one of those Super Bowls from the winning side

    Great 30 for 30
