He’s Brett Favre redux

It’s like clockwork with him though. If the team around him starts to struggle, he takes it on himself to try and win the game. And that’s when the mistakes started pouring in. Hero Ball is a major issue for him.

This is my feeling too. He didn't become the legend that is Beastmode here in Buffalo, but it started here. There may be some sour feelings amongst fans, but Jackson and Lynch are still very good friends so it wasn't anything personal about him the locker room.

The media seems to be harping on “What’s wrong with Allen?!” when Mayfield has been hot garbage all season. Last season seems to be his outlier.
