Honestly.....and I don't say this to keep on dumping on DJ.....I really don't....... I keep reminding myself that: If you always do what you always did you always get what you always got. I really don't expect, especially after last season's sucker-punch of a slide, a Dick Jauron-coached team to be anything other than what his career record stands as: 7-9. I'm thrilled when they win. Hell, I'll take a 2-14 season if they beat My Yami twice.

Where I used to work, we were averaging about 3-4 car thefts from our parking lot each month. We asked the Police to come in and give our company tips on how to keep your car from being stolen. Their #1 recommendation: Steering Wheel Club. Reason: Given a choice between stealing a car with a club vs stealing a car without one, thieves will usually go for the one without....unless there is some really compelling reason to steal THAT car. Yes, clubs can be defeated, but car theft is usually based on timing. Anyhoo....sorry to hear about your car.

Again....where is the revenue going to come from to pay coaches and players? Even if there are investors, how are they going to get paid back from a 6 game season?

Look for the UFL to go the same route except a lot quicker, for the same reason. There isn't going to be enough revenue generated (6 games) to pay the players and the coaches. Two years and Ka Put.

It's hard to imagine these guys will be any more underwhelming than the offensive lines from the past several years. In fact, as hope tends to spring eternal, I will be cautiously optimistic for the upcoming season.
