And frankly I dont understand it.......
Take what he says with a grain of salt. Heard him on NFL network on Sirius a few years back pounding the table for the Bills to draft Tim Tebow. J

Okay folks, Kroger had rack of pork on sale today, so that is dinner tomorrow. Anyone have ideas? Not much on the web. I do have it brining now.
Most things i see say only 2-3 hours at 142. I think I will sear first again, then sous vide, then re-sear when it comes out. I have a nice cheery-port sauce I make that I usually use with rack of pork, so will use that unless someone has a better idea..i am all ears!
Sounds about right I never sear pre though I also recommend to double bag meats just in case. Had an instance with short ribs where the bag broke. This is my go to site. Good luck.

Cutler blows and is a huge downgrade, Romo should retire for his own well being and you have a better chance of Ariana Grande knocking on your door for a booty call tonight then the Bills getting Cousins.Starting QB : Taylor, FA/ trade ( Cutler, Romo, Cousins) 1st round draft pick
BACKUP - FA / Vet Hoyer, Foles / 1st round draft pick
3rd QB - Jones

Reneogitated Tyrod without the back end commitment/Watson/Jones

I much rather you are right than I. We shall see.I disagree with your analysis. TT may have been acquired because of Rex and Whaley may not be enamored with him. But he still gives this team the best chance to win.. Where I fundamentally disagree with you is that I believe that there is immediate pressure on Whaley to get this this team on track. Floundering for another year or so will get the GM dispatched before his contract runs out. The one thing we know about Terry Pegula is that he is not afraid to eat a contract in order to make a change.
-
He and his agent will be scanning the market to see what their options are regardless if they are given assurances or not. If Whaley is convinced that TT isn't a viable short or long term option at qb he will be told so sooner. However, I don't think that is the case. What are Whaley's qb options without TT? What free agent or trade possibility will bring in a qb that is better than TT? I don't see any? If you do I would like to know. If a qb is drafted in the first round would it be smart to immediately start him? I don't believe so.
There is pressure on Whaley to win now. McDermott certainly would prefer being in a position to have a qb who gives him a better chance to succeed in his first season than going with a pedestrian free agent qb or a rookie qb.
As others have said, including you, if you add a good receiver or two and if you strengthen the RT position thus improving the pass blocking you will be putting our current qb in a better position to succeed.
The financial commitment to TT is not onerous. It is basically a two year commitment at a mid-level starting qb price. When your best option is your best option then you go with your best option. Sometimes when one over thinks a problem/issue one ends up outsmarting oneself.
I believe Whaley bought himself a couple more years. Seems like someone sold the Pegula's that Rex and EJ were not his decisions. Since Tyrod was someone Rex wanted Whaley moving on from him to bring in his own QB is a natural response. New Coach and QB kicks this down the road and buys him 2-3 more years IMO. For us fans this is more lather rinse repeat. We need to hope is McDermott is a diamond in the rough.
-
Yea that's more an insult to the Pegulas then it is a compliment to Russ.
I like this coach he brings the discipline that has been lacking. I am seriously concerned about dismantling the offense and hold on to hope that it won't happen.
-
Russ is a maestro. He just bought himself and Whaley at least 2 more years. That's how I feel about Russ Brandon.
Except Elways actually accomplished a lot and Russ just bullshits his way to the top.
-
That's likely a result of DeFillippo not wanting anything to do with the Jets job.
Bills need to stop the insanity and just bring Taylor back.
I think that shipped has sailed... Taylor is even more of a risk under a new OC.. On the birght side though it seems like the last few days have bought Whaley and Russ at least another 2 years... No way they get fired next year with a new HC and new QB, new system... <Sarcasm Intended>. I can't see any scenario where they get fired after next season.

Dont forget the go too stat of QBR lol
LOL... Stats are only relevant when you use them...

Saw a post here requesting veg.. Here are two I did that were great
-
Where wre they ranked in points allowed again?
Fun with numbers.... Almost were TYROD is ranked in YPA.... So you are saying we had an average defense? Where would it rank without the GOOSEEGG to the Pats 3rd string QB?
-
So, for example, if they could improve to "average" in points per game allowed, would that suffice?
Average would be a dream.
-
Yes but obviously historically good doesnt equal playoffs.
I can handle just good and more balance on offense.
How about if our defense just improves to BAD...
-
I often wonder if Pegula ever watched a football game before he bought the team.
Seems to me Mr. Pegula is both loyal and very dependent on those advising him. He must have had some great advisors in the fracking business.
-
Seems to me this is a best case scenario for Whaley and he bought himself another couple years here. Not going to fire him after 1 season if we draft a QB amnd go with a journeyman next year. Only the Bills would replace a Ferrari needing new brakes by completely blowing it up. At least we entered the honeymoon phase where dectractors will be shouted down by the snarky "We are doomed" posts from those that have been wrong for nearly 20 years now. The can has been kicked down the road.

He's not good.
He's not better than Tyrod.
I will admit that my view and opinion of EJ's abilities was way off the mark.
However, I still maintain that Tyrod, also, is not good enough and we need better.
Both EJ and TT have to go.
Go Bills!
Don't agree with risking breaking up this offense but respect your Mea Culpa.

Threatening to beat someone with a bat is demeaning to folks with Lou Gehrig's disease. Shame on you.
Chan Never said that said batting practice which is a baseball analogy for easily done. I guess I can now understand hiw that could be misconstrued and Sorry for that.

I have zero patience for individuals who seek to find personal offense in language that obviously wasn't intended to personally offend them.
I have zero respect for individuals who think it's appropriate to threaten violence against those whom offend them with language, especially that which obviously wasn't intended to personally offend them.
I have zero use for individuals whose primary retort when called out for this kind of despicable behavior is to engage in strawman shame tactics, rather than to apologize for threatening individuals with violence.
Settle down, snowflake.
If you think comparing someone to cancer is acceptable than I feel sorry for you. I have zero respect for those that find this acceptable regardless of who it was intended for. Sorry.

100% agree
We are 2 years away from being 2 years away.

The Bills did not deliberately lose yesterday. I've got news for ya: going into that game, Whaley still believed in Manuel.
And did Whaley's credibility take a hit yesterday as a talent evaluator for that belief?
-
So according to you, the message of the train wreck is in fact accurate, but rather than attack the organization that causes the train wreck, you prefer to attack the messenger who tells you about it.
Only in Buffalo.
It is a reflex and there is no control.
