    Oh yes, being psychotic and being liked are not mutually exclusive. He also had a reputation of being physical with players to put them in line, or when calling them them out. Sometimes a reputation like that is useful, but combine that with an inability to cooperate with a GM and it spells poison. I hope he gets back in the league, I think he is fascinating.

    Nice game by the Swiss. Great hustle, especially the goal where the Czech defenseman gave up on the play when th Swiss forward went to the ice, he bounced right up and scored.

    I once found a 6-pack of Genesee in Japan selling for about 15 bucks at the beer store. Picked it up for old times sake and gave one to a friend. That day I learned the Japanese word for 'vile'

    You are a Pole in the northern hemisphere. It is those southern hemisphere Poles ruining it for the rest of you. They are running around with planks on them, teatering with leaning clowns and telescoping platforms. Shameful behavior, but clearly less dignified than those that follow the laws of geometery.
