Here's what I don't understand. People say Ralph Wilson is frugal. I've never seen any evidence of this though. PLease, why is he frugal? Is it the monster contracts he gave dockery, schobel, evans, kelsay?? How he's paid right in the slot for every frist round pick? Maybe it's because he let Nate Clements walk.. hes surely worth all that money fellow 0-5 san francisco gave him.. The Sabres are frugal. The Bills are not frugal.

I'm not trying to take away from anything Fitz has done. But 3/7 TDs have come in the fourth quarter when we're down 10 or more. It's not like he's lighting this **** up. How many of his TDs have been over 20 yards? I can only think of one, but i could be wrong. Most are just little roll outs, which sure, every quarterback gets but the elite ones have a way of getting receivers in the endzone without the ball being on the 2. According to that link he's had one pass for 40+ yards, and only 8 for 20 plus yards. Carson Palmer of the terrible bangles has 14 for 20 plus yards and 4 for 40+.. just for a comparison.

The only reason I can see Luck coming out of the draft this year is if it's his last chance at getting some ridiculous 1st round contract.

Right! Let's Blame Lee Evans for not catching all those balls that were thrown at him. NOt to mention, the one that waas thrown at him was OUR BEST PLAY OF THE GAME. The Pass Interference Call. And why was he interfered with? Well feel free to disagree but it looked like he was about to blow past the defensive player of the year so woodson, rather smartly, tackled him. Lee Evans is the best player the bills have. His position is entirely dependent on the quarterback willing to throw him the ball. Trent isn't willing to do that.

I bet if the defense was his baby's momma he'd hit them.

i think there's legitimate reason for optimism about the defense. Our secondary is second to no ones and I feel that since we're going to be ditching the cover 2 zone bull **** this is gonna let poz and mitchell and everyone attack more. Should help with the run, and should help pressuring the quarterback. Basically on any given play there's 4 holes where a blitz could come. This makes the offense have to react to it rather than a 4-3 which really only has 2 or 3 holes depending on where the safeties line up.
