Reggie just does not have the expertise to win the big game. He was leading the #2 team in the nation by 10 points, and proceeds to lose...typical UB mentality. Before you start saying how we played competitively against the #2 team in the nation, remember this is a team that got blown out by Tulane and Evansville. He keeps grasping defeat from the jaws of victory!

We all know if there were real humans voting then the Pats would be #1 and the Phins would be #2 regardless of record.

We can disagree on this topic, but when you look at the NFL or any professional sport as a business, a multi-billion dollar business, you have to be willing to accept that the playing fields are not level. Certain teams and certain stories just sell better, and therefore are promoted to the determint of others. What is the big story this season? New Orleans Saints moving back to New Orleans....hmmm... why did they went from the 2nd worst team in the NFL to a top 5 team? Is it just the coach? Is it Reggie Bush and Drew Brees? Or is it more than that?

I still believe that all plays that are challenged and reviewed should be done by a off field ref. The Price completion was a blown call, and to be honest too often the ref has too much impact on the outcome of the game by blowing calls like that. I can guarentee that had it been the Pats, he would have called it a reception. The NFL instructs the refs to do what is feasible to make sure certain teams win when possible.

I just do not see it....London Fletcher is in the same mold as Zach Thomas...gets lots of tackles...just 6-8 yds down field. We need a guy like Urlacher (sans the Brady fake!). Dominant MLB are hard to find...but when you get one....it makes a huge difference.

If you look at Big Ben's rookie season, he got baptism by fire when Maddox got hurt. He went onto win 15 straight and was annoited the starter. You never know what a Rookie QB will do. Now Big Ben is an average QB who will probably never reach superstar level because he did not get the chance to learn the game. I think Shanahan is trying to catch lightening in a bottle, but ultimately, it will lead to Cutler never being a great QB.

Not sure how you can say the Pats have a more talented team than the Bills. Outside of getting more favorable calls by the refs, there is not a position where the Pats have superior talent.

Ah...but what would you say if Big Ben had a year like this without the off field injuries? I believe Big Ben walked into a lucky spot and won. When he has just an average career everyone will be quick to say it was the accident and he was never the same after it....

Would rather have Big Ben or JP? Maybe last year was all Big Ben has to offer, and then his upside is limited....maybe JP has more upside to go....the truth is we will never know.

How anyone can say that the Pats are in the same league as Indy at this point is ridiculous. The Pats played the best game they could have. They threw the kitchen sink at Peyton and just lost. Dungy made the adjustments needed to win, something Beli-Ache just could not do. The Pats might have stolen 3 SBs, but the NFL is clearly looking at Indy as the new feel good story.
