    NO...The media reported 2 days before Moulds was suspended that he was going to be suspended. How does that happen?

    The disrespect what to allow this to play out in the media and not within the organization. EM is not TO or Randy Moss. He is a player who played his entire career in Buffalo, many knowing his team had no chance to win. But he stuck it out, and the organization just aired their dirty laundry in the media.

    Does it matter what Moulds did? We will never know the truth of what happened, just like we do not know the truth about what happened with Rueben. What we know is that TD and company allow their life long Bills players to blow in the wind. This should have been dealt with INTERNALLY, and not in the press.

    If you think Moulds is wrong here, you need to learn about respect. Moulds was disrespected. Of course, I have my conspiracy theory since he is the last of the pre-TD guys, so it was an effort to stamp him out of the organization. Just my conspiracy.

    This should be a call for the head of MM not EM. This shows the lack of coaching moxie on MM part.

    MM needs to stop making these statements with his star players and start coaching. SA last week, EM this week. Enough is enough!

    If anyone can defend TD and his cast of clowns, I need to hear it. There is NO way TD, MM or any of the current staff are here next year. We are better off starting from scratch and biting time for another 2-3 years under new management.

    He is off suspension. Last year I think WM looked better because he was looking over his shoulder at TH. If there was a replacement for WM on the bench, he would run with purpose.

    No joke....Look at teams like Chicago and Cincy, they were at the SAME place we were 5 years ago (maybe worse). They made excellent coaching choices and have seen the fruits of their labor. We have nothing.

    At the time dumping TH made sense, but right now I wish we had him on the bench to go to at this juncture. Might give WM the spark he had when he had to win the job from TH.

    If that is true, I would hope Sam would ask to be inactive the rest of the season and get his release at the end of the season. Shows the lack of class of MM and how to treat players. The thing that I miss the most about the Bills is the class they had in the 90's with Marv. Somehow Marv was able to keep it in the locker room. Does this team just lack leadership?

    It is the coaching staffs responsibility to develop X's and O's that fit their personal. You do not go to a cardiologist if you tear an ACL. Likewise, you do not make a slot receiver become a #2. This was the undoing of GW. I think he will learn from Gibbs that you always create a scheme for your personal.

    Not sure Moulds gets cut. It would mean an admission that TD overpaid to keep Moulds. A restructure might happen, but most likely nothing will happen and he will play out his contract.

    This has been beaten like a dead horse, but until the fans stop supporting the team, TD will continue to give responses that will calm the fears of the fans.

    Excellent post. Nobody is expecting a SB win every year (though it would be nice). All the typical Bills fan wants to see is a team that is competitive and improving. That is just not happening!

    Though they might not have been pro bowl quality (none of the Pats O-line go either), players like Brown and Fina were serviceable players who helped the Bills remain respectable and in the playoffs till TD took over. There is no way around it, TD has been here for 5 years and this team is no closer to the playoffs than they were in year 1.

    If you watched the Bengals/Colts game, you see how you build a franchise. I think they are the two best teams in the AFC, and they have dominant OL and DL. In addition, they drafted wisely at the QB and WR position. They used FA to fill holes.

    Oh yeah...and Polian sucks too....Colts will be 10-0 after today. Ralphs finds great GMs and then lets them go. When he finds a loser, he keeps resigning him!

    What irks me are who built the Chargers? Butler and AJ Smith. They should have been doing it here in Buffalo!
