  1. No, it's not.

Unlike most fan trades where they try to unload their crap for someone else's stars, you need to trade value to get value. Depending what Lynch would fetch in the open market, we could improve another area of our team substantially and not be much worse off.

Sure you may be trading depth, but that is reasonable if you upgrade your starters.

agree, but only if freddy keeps up this pace. and thats if the bills give him the chance to do so after beast mode's suspension ends

  2. nope

atlanta would go from being a distant 2nd fav team to primary.

not saying i wouldnt still follow whom ever the current players on the bills were, but i would care less if they won or lost. actually at that point i'd probably be hoping for nothing but losing seasons, so attendance would plummet at the new place and the owner would regret leaving buffalo

  3. This trade Lynch crap is crazy. He may not be able to catch the ball the way Jackson does but the guy is a bruiser. I say give each of them 15 carries or catches per game and we're a MUCH better team. Jackson moves better int he open field but there isn't a DB in the league that wants to tackle Lynch when he's moving at full speed.

by splitting time between the two almost evenly, you are taking the more dynamic player off the field for all those plays. it doesnt make sense to do if freddy shows he can keep this up

thats like saying thurman should have split snaps evenly with kenny davis......

  4. I've said it before: Fred Jackson is the best back on this roster.

agree completely....... and i have also stated it here before.

the bills would have to be crazy to give lynch the starting job back if freddy does this again in 1 of the next 2 games.

either use lynch exclusively as a short yardage back or trade him.

freddy has done nothing but contribute when he has gotten the chance. he doesnt dance around in the backfield, he hits the hole or makes his own IMMEDIATELY unlike lynch.

he also has way better hands, and as soon as he catches the ball he turns upfield which is why he seems to gain 8-10 yards every catch.

way better overall back from what i've seen of him.

  5. Here are 15; I got sick of this after that, but I'm sure there are more. This one goes in the top 20, but certainly not the top 10.

    1. SB 1

    2. SB 2

    3. SB 3

    4. SB 4

    5. Ronnie Harmon

    6. Bill Simpson dropped INT in playoff game against the Chargers

    7. Home Run throw forward

    8. playoff loss to Miami when Flutie was sacked on the final play

    9. AFC championship loss to Bengals in 1988

    10. home loss to Miami in the pouring rain in 1979 when Tom Dempsey misses a chip shot to win the game

    11. playoff loss to Steelers when Bruce was sick

    12. overtime loss to NE in 2001 - the "dead body" play

    woops....took too long typing :censored:

how bout home opener vs jacksonville with bobby shaw td/no td

  6. how can the bills go back to lynch after this.

i said it before and i'll say it again.....jackson is the better all around back.

jauron would have to be a total dumbschit not to keep jackson as the starter now. the guy has done nothing but produce when called on since he got to the bills

  7. If no one cares about your sport, how can you be cocky? And 90% of the guys in baseball. football, & basketball are good guys. It's the 10% that do dumb stuff that the media (and apparently yourself) focus on.

way to be off on your response as it relates to my first post.

i'm talking about a player doing what the team needs him to do regardless of if he likes it or not and not crying about it.

  8. from the buffalo news:

"I think if we can start the way we started last year and maintain that level, he'll be an elite player," Ruff said. "I'll put him in a position where he'll get the elite ice time, and he's just got to give us the elite play."

The 25-year-old has zero problems with that.

"I'm ready for it," Vanek said. "I'm prepared for it. If it happens, great. If not, you just shut your mouth and keep working hard."

i'd love to see mlb'ers and nfl'ers take this approach as most of the players in the nhl act/play this way.

nba'ers are just a lost cause for the most part.

  9. For these four flags, what is the proper order to display them on a pole?

    1. U.S. Flag

    2. Texas Flag

    3. Bills Flag

    4. Sabres Flag

Or, does the order of display change depending on the time of year?

bills and sabres are interchangable depending on which you hold closer to your heart. order looks right to me

  10. Have you seen Project Natal? That will be 360 only next year and will be bigger than Wii in my opinion.

agreed. craziness will ensue. natal has the chance to be everything everyone wishes wii was. great graphics and full control based on all body movement.

i think with natal, 360 becomes to the ps3 what the ps1 was to the n64. a straight system killer.

  11. But to him, I'm a parent when he needs a parent. I don't expect someone who doesn't want to be their child's friend to understand that, and I'm not saying my way is better than yours. I'm honestly not. But at my son's young age, he will randomly ask me "Dad, are we buddies?" and I have no idea how you say "No, I'm just here to raise you."

no, you're a parent 24/7/365, or you are a bad parent. thats it.

i have a 3 yr old son, that loves....absolutely loves when i call him buddy.

absolutely loves when i lay on the floor next to him and play batman, or imaginext, just color with him. i also have a 1 1/2 yr old son that i call buddy from time to time. when my 3yr old hears this , he becomes jealous and says to me "dad, i thought i was your buddy?" and i say to him "you and sam are both my buddies"

i also have a 12yr old daughter and an 11yr old daughter. my conversations with them are entirely different and for good reason.

it's not that i dont feel what you are saying, but i'm a parent first and a parent last.

whether my kids are sick, sad, happy or mad...... i'm there for them..... friendship has nothing to do with it.....

    it's unconditional love
