  1. Roscoe was not flagged - it was the second guy that jumped up in the stands
  2. Ohh Man!!! Even with 7,000 fewer fans, it felt like the playoffs again. I forgot how loud that place can get. The last Jacksonville drive (that led to their TD) was just awesome!!! I had to time yelling as loudly as possible just to conserve some vocals for the next play. The 12th man took that to a new level that you could just FEEL vibrate through the stands. I found myself just thinking this is the turning point of this team. Even after last week's victory, I was still waiting for the ONE game where the atmosphere on the team and in the stands took a 180. Well, I am pretty sure that it happened yesterday and it was great to be in the middle of it. Congrats to every member (even run defense) of the Buffalo Bills!!!
  3. He is a total and utter disgrace to the human race. Who gives a crap what he did on the field!!!! He is dirt and it is an insult to the entire Bills team and to the Buffalo community to be on that Wall. When they interviewed Joe D and asked him about it, you could tell he was disgraced as well. I am willing to bet that the name comes down by the beginning of next season.
  4. One week ago, this offense was being compared to one of the worst in NFL history. The Vikings are garbage, Miami WAS garbage and Green Bay and Houston are garbage. Yes, that was great to feel like it actually is possible to generate a game winning drive but cummon. 180 plus rushing yards against is not so good. If the defense had not stopped Houston with 2 minutes to go, every single fan would have been calling for Jauron's head after punting it with 2 and a half to go!!! Let's go for two wins in a row first.....
  5. I honestly want to know your thoughts. If he gets adequate time behind the line the next 4 weeks and totally stinks up the joint while losing 4 more games, do you still want to keep him in the rest of the season without getting a look at Nall? Would you at least want to see if Nall does any better so the off season is not a complete question mark again? Again, for those that think something will click in JPs head, what would your boiling point be (if any)? This question could just have easily been directed at the coaching staff.
  6. Talk about a total disgrace. It sickens me that this guy is even associated with the city of Buffalo. I saw a topic being posted a few days back about his new book (never viewed it though) so my bad if someone already brought this up.
  7. I was just thinking the same thing! Not only is this team depressing to watch, the uniforms just make it even worse. I am so sick and tired of feeling disconnected to this team and one step in the right direction would be changing those crappy uniforms. Give us a team to be proud of - I miss the days of actually caring what these guys do on the field. It just seems like this team is collecting more moss each and every week.
  8. Have fun waiting for at least two more years. It has become very apparent that very few teams have GOOD offensive lines. Teams like the Bills who have ONE solid starter are eons away. Good QBs will show signs of improvement and use what they have
  9. I will be the first one to admit that there is not much that I like about Losman (actually, there is nothing) but if he is going to be the starter for the rest of the season, let it all hang out. Now that the coaches (if they have a clue) realize that this team is playing for next year, why not just let Losman do his thing. If he gets pummeled in the process - so be it. JP is learning absolutley NOTHING with this gameplan. If anything, his confidence is getting stomped on in the process. What can this staff possibly learn about what he can do if they do everything possible to make him as insignificant as possible?
  10. I refuse to beat a dead horse - that does not change the fact that I think Losman should be trying out for the part of Scarecrow in The Wizzard Of Oz - they both suck (o-line and JP)
  11. and after next weekend, the Bills will have a good chance to go 6-10 or 5-11 or maybe even 4-12 in three weeks--- give it a rest. What you should be hoping for is a good draft pick....
  12. I will be the first person to admit that when I watch a game, my eyes are all over the field instead of studying the play of certain players. Which guys on this line have a shot of making this team next year? I don't want to deal with any more of these 2nd hand players any longer. How many do you think the Bills could pick up in free agency? Is there a guy in the draft (top 10) that is worth going after? Can this line be fixed by home opener next year? I know it takes time to gel but I want the right players in there. Congratulations to one hell of an effort by the Bills D yesterday!!! Do the Bills have ANY talent with their tight ends or do we not have any idea because for the tenth year in a row, they are not in the game plan. I love the A Train and the effort this guy puts out!!!!! Great work by the coaches!! Look at the bright side, it was an exciting game, they lost by one and will have a better draft pick because of it I said two weeks ago that I would be happy if we lost all our games by one point as long as they showed improvement. You can only do so much with that crappy line.
  13. The last thing I am going to say on this subject is that I don't think Losman is THE problem. I think the whole team needs improvements everywhere. Having said that, I don't believe Losman has the attributes to lead this team when and if they ever turn it around. Maybe Nall has some intangibles - maybe not. (by the way, the thread started yesterday not last week)
  14. My whole point is that I (my opionion) don't think that Losman is ever going to get "it" and the last thing I want is for this question mark to go into 2007 as well. I would like to see if Nall even has a shot at accomplishing something. THere has to be a reason why Marv liked him enough to pay him pretty good $$. I use the term "routing for" very loosely as the last thing I want is for Losman to have a mediocre game then bad game thus making the leash that much longer. I want Nall in there for the last 4 games if Losman shows zero improvement. In my opinion, Losman does not represent who I want to lead this team. Obviously it's not my decision and I am pulling for Nall at this point. Would I like to see Losman explode on the scene for the last 9 games? Yes, But I don't see that happening at all.
  15. Exactly - God forbid that someone does not actually get jumped on for not liking Losman. Why is it such a horrible thing to not like anything you see in a player beacause as far as Losman goes, there is NOTHING I like - NOTHING. Decision making, accuracy, leadership, knowledge of Defenses - this is the QB we are talking about!! All of these people who are saying that Manning and Palmer and others needed time don't realize that although those guys lost a lot of games in the beginning, they showed signs of brilliance as well. You could see something special in them whether it be any of the above attributes that Losman DOES NOT have thus far.
  16. Have you ever for once in your life considered the possibility that Losman AND the O Line are horrible. It has been known to happen a few times through NFL history - no, that would just be too inconceivable!!!!!!
  17. First of all, I would never let THIS team make me miserable. It's called reality. I'll let you get back to your highlite tapes now.
  18. "Just not good enough" just about sums it up for me although I disagree that putting another QB in there translates to useless. How does anyone know that? Another 4 weeks down the road, it should at least be an option.
  19. Have you ever had an original thought or does your blind faith restrict that? It's a message board you moron - get a grip
  20. With this team being light years from a playoff run, what is so wrong to hope for a change for the better or at least a chance to see an improvement. Hoping for a change in one position is far from wishing the team goes down in flames. This season is already over so why not take a look at all the different options. I think it is a great idea that they are grooming Peters at Left Tackle. Fix as many problems possible before the end of the year. If Losman ends up AT LEAST showing improvement over the next 4 weeks then fine. He is not maturing but regressing - is that a good sign?
  21. I really wish that I could see the good in JP but I just can't blindly hope for it anymore. The two things that I look forward to most regarding the Bills are the offseason (with a lot of $$ to spend) and getting a look at Craig Nall before the season is over. I think it is an absolute MUST to give Nall at least the last 4 weeks of the season so management knows what to do for the 07 season. The chances of Nall being better than JP might be slim but don't you want to know? I just don't have the same connection with this team as I have in the past and I truly believe it is the aura that surrounds Losman. That might sound weird but it is true. Doesn't it make it a lot easier to get behind the team when you connect with it (and no, it does not always have to do with winning.) There is no personality with this group and the absence of leadership just makes this team look like a bunch of guys with zero passion.
  22. I can't even imagine what that team would be like if some of those star players that left actually got paid in NE
  23. I really don't think anyone needs a time machine to see how many worlds apart the Patriots are from the rest of the AFC East. Did you happen to catch last night's game? What's going to happen when the Pats go through another draft and free agency - ECHOooooooooooooo
