Pat Kirwan saying they saw a lot of high throws out of Nassib this week, kinda par for the course for him. Not great.

Pat Kirwan saying Tyler Wilson was very impressive this week. Great in middle passing game. Says he gets in trouble in the long game and takes some risks/throws bad passes at times.

Alex Marvez saying Glennon was inaccurate all week in practice. Do not want.

Goodwin's looking pretty good. Given how fast he is, I wouldn't mind us grabbing him if we get the opportunity to. Think he would compliment our receivers.

Couple nice throws from Manuel there (also, I'm a few minutes behind because listening to Sirius as audio while watching). Kasim Green, LB looking terrible.

Not sure starter means much given that they're planning on playing all three QBs. Could easily be they wanted to have Glennon paired up with that particular O-Line combination. Bad throw by Manuel on the first play of that series.

Mixed bag on Glennon so far. Couple nice throws but Glennon decided on his last play of that series where he was going to go and missed a wide open receiver. Glennon didn't have a great week either.

Well, I'll probably still be be sitting here on capitol hill. Honestly, it's been a long, long journey to the capitol city. And it's a long wait while I'm sitting in committee. Hopefully I'll be a law someday. But it's not likely to happen before the Superbowl.

I went ahead and got NHL Center Ice for this season. It's $60 on DirecTV for this year ($15/mo for 4 months), includes both home and away feeds, and seems well worth it. Not a bad price for the amount of entertainment.

I think the Rooney Rule is working fine. The goal was to get more exposure and practice for minority candidates, eventually leading to their hire. To that end, it's been successful. The issue is the talent pool available to become head coaches. If you look at the coordinators and hot college coaches, there just aren't a lot of minorities. The NFL would be wise to focus its time on helping minorities in position coaches grow into really good coordinators, then helping to promote those coordinators as head coaching candidates. It will take years to be successful, but that's the most likely plan to long-term success I think.
