PFW's take on the pick:
The Bills could benefit from an increased pass rush. Virginia Tech DE Chris Ellis has some natural pass-rush ability and could contribute situationally. He will bring a swagger to the Bills' defense. I am a little surprised, however, that the Bills took a chance on Ellis given his overall attitude.

It sucks that we have to basically tune out the talking heads during the draft.
I don't have NFL Networks, if I did I would be watching Mayock.
Why can't ESPN hire a few ex GM's (not Donahoe) or retired scouts that actually might have something relavent to say?
Just a note:
Chris Ellis was arrested for inciting a crowd against police officers,
when they were trying to arrest a teeammate of his. The officers told him to stop, he refused.
It looks like we have our replacement for Hargrove.
We don't have a ton of picks.
Basically we have an extra 4rth.
The 2 7th round picks are tacked on to the end of the 7th round.
Basically they are "street free agent" type of players.
I agree with you on this.
When our turn finally came I thought the best picks for us were Albert or McElvin.
I don't see why any one would whine about our choice. Would they have been happy with Limas Sweed at #11?
According to our draft here at TBD that was the case.......yikes......
41. Buffalo — WR James Hardy, Indiana
After landing the draft's top corner in the first round, the Bills were able to find another big receiver other than Devin Thomas to take some attention away from Lee Evans and open up the offense for Trent Edwards and Marshawn Lynch. Hardy would have been a Pittsburgh Steeler and the first receiver drafted had Rashard Mendenhall been off the board. He could be a dominant red zone player and create mismatches with his tremendous size.
He's been telling you for months that he thought No WR deserved a first round grade in his opinion.
Pay attention to where you get your information from,
Mayock from NFL Networks and Nolan Nawrocki from Pro Football Weekly have pegged this draft like no others.
