John, I think this is really where we differ at out core. I know I am cherry-picking a bit, but the analytics in that 10 game win streak said the Sabres were getting extremly lucky to be in the game and force OTs, where they were 7 of 7 getting the extra point. Lets just say we take that 10 games portion of the schedule out completely..Sabres are at .43% point percentage rate..slightly, and i mean slighly better than last place Ottawa who is at .425...and that's a team that is, for the most part, trying to tank. If you gave the Sabres even a .500 record in those streak games, Sabres earning points @ a .450, 2nd worst in the league still. In the 26 games since the "streak", Sabres are earning points at .350, by FAR the worst in the league, and shows no sign of letting up. Do you really believe this roster is again the worst or second worst roster in the league? Cause that is where they have performed for 128 of the 138 games Housley has coached. I don't buy the roster is that bad, I buy the coach is not getting the most out of this team and while they provide entertainment again in the "have to watch a traffic accident" type, they are in fact almost unwatchable again the last 26 games

I have been scalping tickets since the late 70's, and lament the fact that scalping can be tough nowadays. Vast majority of the tickets are printed PDFs..ticket holder can print 10 of those. Having said that, most of the guys working the Sabres games are pros and out there every night, so not worth it for them to sell fakes..but they get duped sometimes too. If someone is also not looking to buy, and only looking to sell..stear clear unless you are there at 5:30 . I scallped the Sabre game in Carolina a few weeks back..dude had a hard ticket though. My advice, the peace of mind with StubHub is worth the fees if you gong with wife/kids etc. If going single, the guys near the arena pretty reliable, save maybe $25 on a lower bowl single

I'm not angry, just smarter when it comes to hockey?( i kid, i kid) We have two different views of this team..I think there is more than enough talent to not be earning points at a .375 rate..you think that's where the talent rates. My view says the coach for two years has not gotten everything he can out of his team and players, and the sum is less than the parts..and that's on the coach. You think it has been the players. That's where our disagreements come in! I am also tired of being the team that can't improve and is consistently pointing to a "plan" for growth and be patient, even it means never getting to the playoffs.We have wasted Jacks ELC, on the way to wasting Casey ELC( 1 year left) , and feels to me we are well on the way to burning Dahlins ELC as well. . I just don't understand why a Buffalo team can never be expected to win anymore? Why is that such a bad thing to ask? One does not have to give up on the future to win now..aka the Muzzin trade.

Do you believe they went to the bottom last year on purpose? With Kane, ROR, Jack, Sam, Okposo, Risto and Scandella on the roster? I ain't buying that in the least. They wanted to win last year, but they ended up last..big difference in my mind. I believe a big part of why they ended up last was coaching. And i don't give him a pat on the back for coming up from that point..he drove em there. As we have discussed, you give the Sabres a .500 record in that win streak, they are still at same .38 win percentage of available points. To me, little to no improvement over an awful 17-18. In terms of replacing the HC, I do believe it makes a huge difference. Two teams thought to be far behind the Sabres in terms of talent are ahead of them comfortably now..both have proven, successful coaches. Sabres need to do whatever it takes to get Q in here..if they could do it now, I am all for it. Think it more likely to be in the summer, but I would sign up for that for tonights game against his old team if I could..yes I think he would be a better game coach walking off the street than Housley is. I am also one who thinks continuity is overblown. Teams have continuity when they win..shocking. Losing coaches tend to continue to lose..no matter how much time they are given

It really can , especially in large enterprise software deals. So much of that sale is understanding the structures of the customer, the politics involved, the business needs, implications to bonuses, who wants who to fail, etc ...in other words doing your freaking homework and spending eons of time on minutiae and making sure you have every base covered. Guys like me sometimes tend to think we can get by with strong compelling presentations and relationships with the right people..and sometimes we can get blindsided like a mofo!!!
