    I wouldn't say he excels....DBs have jumped the routes and broken up and almost intercepted him this preseason....

    If McD was ok starting Peterman as a rookie last year on the road against SD, why wouldn't he be ok playing Allen...was Peterman's development ruined by playing him as a rookie?

    ok, that's fair....but if we're not winning I feel the best way to learn is to play...Allen gets better quicker with game experience

    You make good points but Peterman could struggle as well....I don't have the answer but I would prefer to see Allen....I've been wrong before.....

    ok but I don't see how Peterman has earned it....Obviously I could be wrong but not sure how Peterman gives us a better chance to win....now coaches may feel Allen is still learning to read defenses....I just don't see Peterman as the best option...

    wondering why....what does Peterman have over Allen? and you're right...he does look like the starter

    None taken and you may not be as older than me than you think....

    If it's now just between Peterman and Allen, how can you not choose Allen? He is better than Peterman in every way....Peterman only has 1 year of experience over Allen but that's not a reason to play him.
