    The difference is McCoy got the big money contract extension and Thomas did not

    what are the many key pieces.....there is no core of star players to build around...there is going to be a large roster turnover again next season...many of the vets that are team leaders (Williams, Alexander....) will be gone...

    In theory you're correct but it was done backwards here...coach was hired before the GM and we don't know if McDermott approved Beane or who has more control over personnel

    I know...just having fun...still if I was Pegula I wouldn't be happy going from a 9-7 playoff team to what we've seen so far

    Maybe if they drafted Mahomes or Watson last season, they could have spent this off season and draft building around one of them and we would be a year in to this "build"

    That's their job...they are not always going to be right but they better be most of the time or they won't be working for long

    should be a clause in all contracts now

    I concur...there is a lot of roster turnover even with good teams.....problem is many vets will be gone next season and there still isn't a core of players to build around except for Allen....most of the starters on offense will need to be replaced

    No but the Bills could be 1 year in to the rebuild if they drafted either Watson or Mahomes and could have used this draft to fix some glaring needs...they just pushed it back one year....I'm guessing Allen will be good...just could have accelerated the build

    Hope you're right...that pick play pissed me off.....how did they miss that?

    I watched so many teams roll up 400 yards of offense and scoring 30-40 points....exciting finishes to so many games yet we score 0.
