The world's population has a problem in recognizing the best way to modernize their economies to ensure proper supply of food and health. Overpopulation is only an issue in the 3rd world. The most developed nations are the opposite, and have a serious problem of birth rates not keeping up with maintaining the long term sustainability of their societies. Improve the economies of the 3rd world countries, and birth rates will decline on their own.
