  1. That's why you have to look at what he meant with his childish comments. He's taking about light penetrating deeper into the skin. He doesn't pull things out of thin air. He hears a few snippets from the experts, then jumbles the topic in the PC.
  2. My reply is probably more suited to Chef's post. More efforts are needed to increase healthy food availability. That will solve the overpopulation issue over time.
  3. Actually UVC light does a pretty damn good job of killing the virus.
  4. I don't know what it will take to finally put a nail in Malthusian logic? The "world" does not have an overpopulation problem. The world's population has a problem in recognizing the best way to modernize their economies to ensure proper supply of food and health. Overpopulation is only an issue in the 3rd world. The most developed nations are the opposite, and have a serious problem of birth rates not keeping up with maintaining the long term sustainability of their societies. Improve the economies of the 3rd world countries, and birth rates will decline on their own.
  5. I'm sure they're looking to book a wedding in Miami Beach and have Jones spend a night with a "friend"
  6. That's the point. Both have a knack of putting together sentences that look like they have been translated from English to Swahili to Farsi and then back to English with a first generation translation software. Yet Trump is seen as a moron, but Biden has a speech impediment.
  7. Which is very much par for the course. He has serious issues constructing a proper sentence. But he must always, always be taken literally.
  8. Wrong headline. The buried lede isn't "we all knew about him" but "we were all afraid of him..." That's quite the Freudian slip.
  9. That is very well documented.
  10. Read Ronan Farrow's pieces on the Weinstein affair and how he was protected by the industry and powerful politicians. It's disgusting.
  11. Because there were recordings of the encounters, accusers filed police reports at the time, and everyone knew what was going on in real time!!! But other than that ... Another thing to note is that while it's widely known that Trump has always had a loose interpretation of fidelity, none of his dalliances occurred with his underlings. Now compare that with the lecherous behavior of the people who are slinging the sharpest arrows at him. Even you have to admit there's no comparing an extramarital affair with a Playmate with a super-powerful boss forcing himself on his subordinates.
  12. With more charges pending I believe? How often does a rapist operate with a crew?
  13. Botteril needs one more season. Oh wait.
  14. That's the whole point. Trump was looked at as a joke of a candidate. Yet despite the cash and the deck being stacked in her favor, Hillary LOST. That's why she's the worst candidate in history.
  15. Each election has its share of crackpots who barely get a hundred votes. By candidate we mean a serious contender with national credibility. As she herself asked, why didn't she win by more than 50% by going against a carnival barker with no political experience?
  16. Who won the election?
  17. The Mueller report was the last feeble attempt at damage control of what actually happened. Keep paying attention to what's about to unfold from DOJ.
  18. All Dems had to do was not go insane and let Trump be Trump. Instead, they fully latched onto a fake conspiracy Russia-gate and provided ammo to Trump supporters and everyone else on the fence.
  19. The people who you would now count as Trump supporters had one thing in common in 2016 - we all despised Hillary. But we weren't convinced that Trump was a good candidate. So that left an option to lob a protest vote for 3rd party or sit the election out.
  20. There's a major distinction between pre and post election attitudes on Trump. I'd guess that many who were wary of his performance, are more than pleasantly surprised at how much he's been able to accomplish.
  21. The Cubic Zirconia Daves. We were something back in the day.
  22. What does that have to do with the fact that most people here didn't like and didn't vote for Trump?
  23. There were more options on the ballot than D or R, you know.
  24. The funny part is, that this is the same for the vast majority of the posters here. There are only a handful of people here who have supported Trump from the beginning and voted for him. But, details ....
