    Even when he was on Jaurons staff, he worked very closely with the QB's and was involved in the game planning. He grew up with an intimate knowledge of the NFL, through his father, and much like the QB who grows up surrounded by NFL players ala the Mannings, he has picked up a great deal of knowledge along the way. He is "older than his years" in coaching experience.

    I know Nate personally and I am thrilled with this news! He knows his sh*t, loves the Bills and is committed to winning. This will be great for us! And as stated previously, I would not be at all surprised to see Nassib in a Bills uni next season.

    I have a friend who was on his staff at Syracuse and he said that that is definitely not confirmed yet. He said as of yesterday afternoon that he was in a "wait and see" mode.
