  1. Chat room open and active for day 2!
  2. Never thought of that. McGee and Parrish lining up for a kickoff return. who ya gunna kick it away from? Muhahaha
  3. Um...lets wait until today is over.... Still 4 picks left and some GOOD talent left
  4. Hmm..very interesting. Indeed you are correct. I guess I can now get that puzzled look off my face.
  5. My list of good players still available (not a need based list) Ben Wilkerson, C Jason Brown, C Elton Brown G Chris Kemoeatu, G Claude Terrell, G/T Micheal Munoz OT CJ Brooks SS Ernest Shazor, SS Brandon Bowner, CB Donte Nichlson SS Kyle Orton QB Antajj Hawthorne, DT Lance Mitchell, LB Chris Canty, DE CJ Mosley, DT Anthony Bryant, DT Lefors, QB McPhearson, QB Cedirc Houston, RB Adam Seward, LB Lots of good talent left...I would love to see Munoz, Brown or Hawthorn work their way to buffalo
  6. Sadly, this is what we have been saying all along. Truth is, Rodgers dropped to #24 and he was the 2nd QB taken. So unless SF had him (JP) ranked higher than alex smith (who knows)...he would have dropped to us at #20. The question we need to start asking in the final analysis of this trade is this: Would you rather have a 2nd round pick in 2004 and Aaron Rogers, or JP Losman and no 2nd round pick. Its a tough call....But the cards fell with JP, and I am more than happy with that.
  7. No, it really happened. And it was damn funny. Wilson: I worked out with our first pick. He threw me some balls. I droped every one. MM: We like JP because he worked in a pro style offense last year....With the exact same terminology. TD: JP is a good fit because he worked for an outstanding head coach with a good offense in a good program last season. Reporters: What was it like when you heard your name called. No clue what they wanted to accomplish. Me thinks they were bored yesterday and wanted to do something to relieve some stress.
  8. Keep in mind, he has been working for 11 hours straight now...you would be going crazy too.
  9. What did he do?
  10. Just dont see TD taking a 3rd for him...Find out in a couple hours though
  11. The reason is that Demarcus Ware was projected, by almost all accounts, to be drafted AFTER the cardinals picked. Picking him early, just moves the running backs down the board, one may fall to arizona. Also, ESPN radio said Pollock might also go #3, and I just heard this reported on ESPN as well. Should be interesting
  12. They were saying there is a good chance Demarcus Ware goes #3 assuming Alex Smith and Braylon Edwards are 1/2. This could be trouble for trading travis. This would allow one of the big 3 backs to fall to Arizona. I dont see how ware is #3...but I guess Cleveland has him pretty high
  13. Not sure why they dont think Goings is the answer...but whatever...the more teams looking for a RB tomorrow, the better
  14. HELLO?!! They are trying to steal #9 and #25 from washington!!!!!!!!!! Washington wants Edwards...Miami wants washingtons picks... Miami is trying to force this trade.
  15. OBVIOUS TRADE ALERT, Though still speculation Washington will trade their #9 and #25 to move up to #2 and select Braylon Edwards. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/artic...-2005Apr19.html One NFL source who has spoken to officials from many clubs said he expected the Redskins to trade the first-round picks for a better selection that would allow them to draft Michigan wide receiver Braylon Edwards, considered by many to be the best player available in the draft. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylc=X3oD...ov=ap&type=lgns ``We have quite a few needs,'' (Saban) said. ``To have the second pick in the draft and then not a pick until the third round doesn't give us the opportunity that I would like to have to solve several problems in the draft.'' You heard it here first.
  16. Uhh...they just signed lamont jordan to BIG money. Dont think they will trade for travis
  17. This makes NO sense....why would washington want to give up a whole lot to get the 25th pick when they have NO IDEA who is giong to be available there. why not wait until draft day? Odd...Good move by denver however
  18. Agreed. I wouldnt mind addressing WR in the 2nd round (if we get another 2nd from somewhere). Id love to pick up Roscoe Parish or Jerome Mathis.
  19. Guys a headcase. Where did he play football in 2004? Oh right...he didnt. Got into a brawl, charged with assault. Nebraska suspended him. Then he goes to the combine and gets hurt. Give me a break. This guy needs to stay as far away from the bills as possible. BTW, A week before the NFL draft last year, i was saying how cocky and arogant JP was and how much I hated him...And that I hope the bills stay as far away from him as possible....now im singing a slighty differnet tune
  20. I think we should try for a 3nd rounder next year instad this year. Next years draft should be deeper. Ruben woudl be nice to have back... (yes...i realize this is a joke)
  21. Yeah...because THAT is what made this trade seem not plausible.
  22. And here I thought you were going to say "I know he is back in town because KFC ran out of spicy chicken"
  23. I also know a Dick Farmes....or as we call him "peni$ plantations"
  24. Yeah..no kiddin'. Many good things have happened that I never would have expected. Keep up the good work Tom
  25. I know a Harry Dinga....
