I'm partial to DSOTM. Always was more of an ELP fan, though. Have seen PF, Yes, and everyone else in Buffalo, but ELP always put on a good show there. Had some friends that were (long story) hooked up with Moog industries. Got to go to the Ralph for soundchecks, meet the band, etc when they played the concert with Lynard Skynard and James Gang. Man, I might be showing my age, but these kids don't know how to party. Good time was Summer Jam at Watkins Glenn. I could go on for hours if I could remember it. The walk up the mountain was worth the price of the trip.

Why? What's wrong with fidelity, loving your wife? Honoring the person you chose to spend your life with. If it's no good, divorce each other. You don't KILL her! I'm by no means a Bible Thumper, but I take very strong issue with this subject. Very strong.

That's Ok. Darin is rummaging through his Village People tapes for a name that tune. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

I use a 12, with the bass E tuned to open D, to get the strong base. The trick to the song is cutting your timing just a hair, to get the rythm of the vocals to match the rythm of the music. The Beatles were geniuses of their time, musically. "I once had a girl, or should I say, she once had me..."

Back about 1972 I used to travel the "coffee houses" with a few other miscreants. "Dear Prudence, Michelle, Norwegian Wood and Yesterday" were on the menu. America, Seals and Crofts, you get the drill. At the old good bars (before disco) used to Deep Purple and such. Then, I got respectable.

I also still can do a pretty respectable version of Norwegian Wood on a 12 string. Ask Harriet.

Darin cheated. I'm a genuine old guy and actually own a copy of the White Album. (album, not CD). I also have Revolver and a few others. Now, if I could only find a record player...

I'm not sure about "IT", but the kid damn sure has some soft hands and awareness. Still got a lot of green, but what more could you ask from a rookie. I think, on occassion, he telegraphs running plays, though. He'll pick that up, I'm sure.

Monday, 8AM: Yeah, well so what! They beat the Pats 44-17. Did you see Magee tie his shoelaces wrong? and WM! that 60 yard run should have been 72! And I don't care about the 4 INT's we got, did you see Fletcher drop that one right in his hands? Bills suck.

Uhhhhhh....Bledsoe sucks and Jerry Gray needs to be fired?

There's a lot of season to go, and every dog has his day. I'm pretty realistic about the Bills, go back to the AFL with them. I also on occassion pay attention to what the rest of the league is doing. Some folks are on a roll, some are finding their stride, and some have regressed. I made the mistake of saying I thought the Bills were the better team THIS SUNDAY (not everyday, not every week) but I got busted for it. Your right, it's not the beginning of the season. I doubt they make the playoffs, but a key injury here and there on some of the other teams can make a lot of difference. Who has any real depth anymore? Wish we had a little less brutal of a schedule.

Sigh....I thought that was what those documentaries like Lost, American Idol and Survivor were for? Find a network that didn't spend anytime on it. If you want to talk manipulation and bias, tune in Nightline. Last nights Veterans Day lead in by ole Pete was borderline disgraceful.

Please throw a buck in a slot in our honor. And, you have the entire Bills Nation riding on red. We also don't want to see you on next weeks Cops, unless it's for something really embarrassing.
