  1. I tend to agree with this type of thinking.
  2. I can't bring myself to read this article: 1-because Sullivan may actually say something intelligent and htis would undermine my hatred of him and 2-because it probobly will make me re-live yesterday on some level.
  3. While I agree that we couldn't run up the middle against jacksonville, generally one of the best ways to attack a 3-4 front is to pound it up the gut. Maybe it won't work, but I definately think it's worth a shot first. Rich Gannon and his crew of geriatrics don't frighten me much.
  4. <chik> Got him too(6th rnd, 3rd pick).
  5. Clearly, but he went in the 3rd round......TO ME(hahahahaha what a great pick). These guys went around the 6th-7th
  6. This question can go so many different ways because as far as I see it there are 3 different ways to rate players. 1-How good they are in real life. 2-How good they are in fantasy football. 3-How good they are in madden. And each list is unique.
  7. THese are all guys that went around the same time in my league's fantasy draft, so I wanted to know the consensus among the wall.
  8. 1-isnt that bryce fisher? and 2-7 Sacks: maybe if for some reason somebody signs Jeff Roehl to be their right tackle. I think Denney has a better chance of discovering cold fusion than recording double digit sacks this year. In fact, if he does I will not only buy a Denney Jersey, but i'd treat all Denney supporters who would be willing to sign up now for the "Denney is better than Kelsay" bandwagon to a free garbage plate.
  9. Kelsay
  10. No, they need to take him behind a different one, a better one, summerral is coming back to do a few games this year I believe.
  11. I agree, either a counter right or a right off-tackle play.
  12. If Bo Schobel signed a 5 year extension right now, I'd probobly have an aneurysm while reading about it.
  13. Indeed, nothing on espn.com, or even their wire.
  14. While I understand the potential of Jackson to start is greater. Since I have TH i decided to handcuff myself, this year I tried to pick tough players anyhow. You see, last year I had Corey Dillon, Shockey, TO(missed 2 games), Portis(missed 2 or 3). My team name by the end of last year even involved the word "injury". Shortsighted, maybe......safe, definately.
  15. So did Trung Canidate
  16. I'd have a beer with gregg williams, and then beat him over the head with my glass once I was finished.
  17. Sorry to nitpick over 8 lbs, but..... http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=5888 = Peppers http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=4687 = Rucker
  18. I have a feeling the next 4 days are going to just creep by. Might feel better after the Pats game though, esp if they lose. Im like a diabetic with low blood sugar.
  19. I agree, much too early to tell. At times theyve looked very solid in run blocking, and adequate in pass protection and other times they've looked like we plucked these guys from the special olympics. So it's gonna be an interesting ride.
  20. 2 QB, 2RB, 2wr 1Wr/Rb utility, TE, DEF., K 10 man league QB: Culpepper, Delhomme, Ramsey RB: Edge, Henry, Chris Brown, Deshaun Foster, Mcgahee(traded Stephen Jackson for him last night) and Dom. Rhodes. WR: Steve Smith, Lavernious Coles, Donte Stallworth, Tyrone Calico TE: LJ Smith Def: Denver K: Vinatieri
  21. 2 words for you: BRAYLON EDWARDS
  22. Peppers is not a guy I would call "smallish" he's like 6'5 or 6'6 and like 278. His size wasn't as much an issue as maintaining strength through the course of a game or a season i believe, however, it does show that for even the most dominant rookie DE's, there is a learning curve.
  23. Other guys who are eligible probobly would include: Mariucci Herm Edwards(even though i think he doesnt drink at all) Jeff Fisher clearly though at this point my #1 choice would be Mularkey.
  24. Im glad they got him instead of A-train, who is a proven commodity. Granted, that commodity is crashing headfirst into the line about 15-30 times a game, but yards are yards.
