Buffalo Sabres Free Agency Thread
Rayzer32 replied to Smoker2Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I thought this new CBA was supposed to help teams like Buffalo. Or is Darcy just being a stubborn piece of crap? -
Sounds to me as if the Pats are worried that without Romeo anymore they need all the help they can get to try and figure how the new D will perform. If they do well, then they can send RS packing next year.

TD uses Cialis, the 36 hour boner medicine. -

A thread 58 pages deep and not one post from me until now. TD is making me reply to this!!! Sorry, 59 pages now. -
Amen to that. I do not get all this hype over a scrimmage, and probably a controlled scrimmage. Game one of the pre-season will be much more entertaining.

I didn't realize that saying someone looks a little rusty (afterall, this is only day 3 of TC) or he has not got the timing with his WRs pegged yet (afterall, this is only day 3 of TC) was actually labeling him as a failure before even starting one game (afterall, this is only day 3 of TC). Opinions are opinions, no need to take them so seriously. You need to take some blood pressure medication and settle down there bro.

The line to get on that ride is getting pretty long, pretty fast. -

A few qiuck hits from today's session

That's funny because today he was in long pants and a long sleeve shirt, while all the other personell were in shorts and short sleeves . -

Sorry man. I don't see how he could be SO rusty with all the time he has put in. Maybe he was spending too much time studying and not enough time throwing. I really hope he shakes it of and starts to get the timing down with these guys. He definitely has the right attitude. -

Actually, all the WRs had a pretty good day, but Parrish stood out among them. Brown did have one drop that I saw and you could tell he was upset about it, but all in all he was ok. -

JP himself says he is rusty and it looks like he is. Maybe he just sucks. We will soon find out. Sorry for stating my opinion. -
1. Roscoe Parrish looks like he is going to be the real deal. He is scary fast and caught every ball thrown his way today. Although, Jabari Greer ran him down on a long pass play. 2. JP still looked rusty to me. He was off on most of his longer passes, but he was also running for his life most of the day in 7 on 7 and 11 on 11 drills. 3. The O-line looked like the O-line has looked, not very impressive as of yet. There does not seem to be much depth there as the backups were getting pushed around by the D during their one on one drills. 4. Willis is looking better than last year from what I can tell. He was just bursting through whatever holes there were and he put one hell of a shake and bake move on a defender out in the open field that would have sprung him for a long TD. 5. Coy Wire looks like a man on a mission. He threw some big hits and especially one on George Wilson where he laid him out just after the ball arrived. Amazingly, Wilson hung on to the ball. 6. On one play where JP was being rushed by 3 defenders, Josh Stamer hit him and the O-line guys were not to pleased by that. Josh went over and gave JP a I'm sorry pat on the head. Thanks Josh, remember TV last year??? 7. There were two mini scraps that I saw, but the coaches were very quick to break them up. 8. I say this every year, but this was a very intense practice and the players look very hungry out there. 9. One last note. If Crumrie does not settle down a little, he is going to have a heart attack. He is the most intense guy on the field. If the O-line can get there poop in a group and JP can shake the rust off, this team will look very good. The O-line is what worries me. I'm just hoping that with the new guys here they will get better with time.

Haha, you are correct sir. Must have been the booze talkin last night. I hope I didn't get the dude lost.

Another Tim Connolly...great, just what we need. God I hope this turns out better. The stankin Rangers traded up to get the pick before us so they could take Staal, who the Sabres had on their radar. Sounds like another NHL conspiracy.

If McGahee played tenativley last year...
Rayzer32 replied to mtdoak's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He will be the RB that rips the O-line for not performing, unlike TH. JP will rip the line himself and we all know how E Moulds carries himself. This will be an offense with an all around attitude. -
Hey Garbage Plate fans, new joint in Pittsford
Rayzer32 replied to Rayzer32's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I've had more plates than you can count. Read it again, I have never tried this new place out yet, seeing how they just opened 2 days ago. And Pontillo's is still in Pittsford. They moved into the Montana Mills site, right next to the new library. Much bigger and a nicer place. They now have wings at this location, which they never carried at the old joint. -
Or he could be making up for the lack of hair on his head.

It got pulled due to the pics of 14 year old girls. Oh wait, that was Travis Henry's site, my bad!!!

If I had 20,000 posts I would be 90 years old.

I love you too AD. Where the hell is the f-off smiley!!!

No tickets needed for the a.m. session. Take 90 east to exit 45 (Victor) to avoid all the construction, then take 490 west to the 31F (Fairport) exit and Fisher is right there. You will have to turn left off the exit and go past Fisher to your first intersection (which is the main entrance to Fisher). Turn left at the light, onto East Ave and Nazereth will be on the left about 3/4 mile down.

Big Mike coming to camp with an attitude. Sporting the goatee, Mike looks like he isn't going to take no chit this year. JPs even got the hair working nice and thick. Willis has his usual cocky attitude (which is good) and Sam Adams is talking SB already. I love this new get the fu*k outta our way attitude we are showing already.

Village Hots in Pittsford opened yesterday. They took over the hole in the wall that Pontillo's use to have, right next to Thristy's. Nothing like having a plate joint right next to a bar. Garbage plates are magnets for drunks. Haven't tried them yet, but will do so really soon. Only about 1 mile from training camp for anyone who has not enjoyed one to finally step up to the challenge. Just remember, extra onions and extra sauce, and then a trip to Wegmans for some extra toilet paper.
