I like Kelly Holcomb and Mike McMahon. It doesnt look like Holcomb will be available, but I think McMahon has a comparable style of play to Losman's.

They are set to lay off 2,000 county employees as early as tomorrow. I don't know if that will help, but we shall see.

I like the idea of the bills picking up a TE in free agency. It'll be a nice outlet for JP when he gets into trouble.

A year ago, I would have responded no right away. However, after seeing what big ben accomplished this year with the steelers, i'll say yes to the playoffs. The defense and special teams, especially the running game have to be very good and the pieces should fall into place. A subpar performance by these two units gives a very difficult task in making the playoffs.

Ok Darin, I don't know what hockey games you go to but for sabres games, I know 300 level tickets are around 19 bucks each. I think that is pretty fair. They also have a bunch of special offer nights, (college night, pizza hut four pack). I have no problem with ticket prices for the sabres. Also, season tickets for the 300 level last year were $400 for 40 games. You cant tell me that isnt reasonable.

See, I disagree. I've been to AHL and NHL games and I don't think there is much difference in overall effort from the players. AHL teams are half-washed up players from the NHL and half young, NHL hopefuls. Now if it were all NHL hopefuls. I think we'd see a college basketball/NBA type deal. I would much rather watch the sabres and pay 10-15 more dollars doing it because they are some of the best hockey players in the world.

Drew can't perform in big games. He proved it in NE and he has proved it hear with the Pittsburgh game. I don't care how good your coach and coordinators are, if the guy taking snaps can't get the job done, there will not be success.

I'm just saying that history tells us that rushing a rookie quarterback can be the wrong move. Yes, there are certain cases where it has worked, but moreso the latter case. However, with the position we are in, I'd say that we should start Losman next year because Bledsoe isnt taking us anywhere and we have no other option. I'm sick of Bledsoe as our quarterback.

See: Tom Brady, Chad Pennington, and Eli Manning. Manning is a perfect example of what happens when you rush a rookie. BRady and Pennington are when you don't.
