  1. Can somebody tell me why the Buffalo Jills aren't of higher quality of beauty? I don't get it. Other team's cheerleaders make me drool... What's the deal?
  2. What makes you think that Bledsoe won't be here next year? Where did you hear/read that?
  3. Let me show you the numbers on Mike Nugent for the past three years. Made/Att. Percentage 1-19 20s 30s 40s 50+ 65/74 87.8% 1/1 15/16 21/23 20/25 8/9 And… he kicks the ball through the back of the end zone as long as there isn’t a major wind in his face…. and then sometimes he still does. You’ll never see Lindell do that. Not to mention, Nugent is a great clutch kicker to boot (no pun intended)
  4. I think that we can kiss Fat Pat goodbye. I will miss him, just like I miss Antoine Winfield. But you can't do anything about that. Would be kind of interesting to see Pat and Antoine join up again in Minnesota. Hmm... Rod Gardner... now why would we want him again?
  5. I almost laughed when I heard TH say that he was a top five back. 1. LaDanian Tomlinson 2. Priest Holmes 3. Shaun Alexander 4. Clinton Portis 5. Edgerrin James 6. Ahman Green 7. Jamal Lewis 8. Corey Dillon 9. Willis McGahee 10. Travis Henry????????????????????? That's just off the top of my head. Don't cut my head off for missing someone... but look at that list. Can TH say that he is better than any ONE of those guys above him? When you figure in guys like Tiki Barber and Curtis Martin (who I say are still better than TH) I think that TH is hard pressed to even say that he is a top 10 back... what about the Rudi Johnson's and the Ruben Droughn's of the world... is TH even a top 15 back? With that said, I hope that nobody in Miami reads this thread. I do hope that Miami thinks Henry is a miracle, their only answer, and give us far more than he is worth. Kind of like Atlanta did for Peerless. I love Peerless, but I'd give him up for what we got in return (McGahee) in a heart beat.
  6. Well below zero for Ohio... Not normal for Ohio. Wind chills made it feel NASTY!!
  7. I have to believe that TD will pull off some magic in order to pull into the first round. Perhaps a third team will jump into the Travis Henry potential trade to Miami. Such as... (1) Team X gives Miami it's first round pick for a Miami player and Miami's second pick next year. (2) Miami gives Buffalo Team X's first round pick, for Travis Henry. I assure you that TD is planning for a major chess match come this spring.
  8. At the beginning of the year, I picked Philly to beat the Patriots. So, I have to stick with that by law (I'm always fairly accurate at determining who is IN the Big Game... not so much who wins) Yet, I hope to see a Pennyslvania Superbowl... and watch Rothlisburger get MVP. Has this ever happened to a rookie quarterback? I doubt it.
  9. Much too harsh on TH. What did he ever do that was so bad? Does everyone forget that he was the only member of the offense that showed up last year??
  10. He has to look like a loon in order to make someone like Berman look cool! And Boomer is exactly that!
  11. Don't waste your time. If we have learned anything about TD, it is that you can't predict him. My jaw dropped when he picked up Reed, my jaw dropped again when he picked up McGahee, and my jaw dropped for a third time when he maneuvered to get Losman. He will for sure have something up his sleeve this year too. I'm just intested to see what he does, and who he gets... both in the draft and on Free Agency. This is when TD shines, and the time that he loves his job the most. Good luck TD, get working! You have my full support!
  12. I got to think that the Eagles win this one. They will be ready... plus they are a better, and very well coached team.
  13. They beat Purdue?! SWEET!!
  14. I don't understand a word you just said.
  15. Moss should get a lot bigger fine than that. I like to see how much that would set me back. Moss makes 10 million a year, right? I make 30 thousand a year. Okay.. so for every 1 dollar I make, Moss makes 333 dollars (roughly). So, 10,000 dollars to me would be... let's see 10000/333... 30 bucks!! The equivalency of hurt to Moss is 30 bucks to me! Heck, I spend 30 bucks on a nice dinner. The point, the fine didn't hurt Moss one bit!! He will do it again in a heart beat! So unfair.
  16. Exactly!! I don't want TH to go to Miami. It would suck in every way that something could suck. Especially if we don't get a good deal (like Miami's 3rd round this year) Wasn't Buffalo TH's favorite team growing up. Didn't he always dream about being a Bills player... then why would he want to go to Miami. I just don't understand his thinking. Also, I don't think that Miami will want to give up their number 2 overall pick. I dont' see that happening.
  17. HOLY COW!! They have the technology to do stuff like that?? I just can't believe it!
  18. Go RED... go BUSH. The poor BLUE people will NEVER again win an election, unless they learn to do something differently. Like... um... NOT ALIENATING THE SOUTH, not trying to take CHRIST out of CHRISTMAS... and so forth! GO RED!!!
  19. Yeah you hit it right on the head. Good picks!
  20. We have to form a grassroots strategy. Writing letters, going to Canton... we have to do something. This is a travesty that he is not in the Hall of Fame. Ralph C. Wilson Jr. has helped to create the NFL as we know it today. He is (one of the many) reasons why the NFL is so much greater than any other professional sport! Canton should open its doors. What do you suggest?
  21. Guaranteed victory for Indianapolis. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a blowout.
  22. Unless it's Miami... TT going to Miami nearly broke my heart. Don't want to see it happen again. Screw the fish! Stay away from TH.
  23. I guarantee the Patriots will be defeated by the Colts. The Patriots are scared. They have basically NO secondary against perhaps the greatest statistical quarterback, in his prime, on a hot streak. The Colts want this game more than the Patsies do. Ergo... I GUARANTEE a victory for Indianapolis.
  24. You pick Pittsburgh to beat the Jets, no question. I HATE the Jets, not only are they in our division, but well, they hate us and THEY ARE THE FREAKIN' JETS Pittsburgh really did NOT screw us. They played St. Pierre as their QB when the game was on the line. Right after the game, I hated Pittsburgh... but now that I have had time to cool down. They really helped us, well they tried to. What do we expect them to do, lie down and die? They DID rest their starters, and by the end they were resting all of them. So, I am routing for the Steelers against the Jets! The other game is a no brainer, Colts better than New England (the only team I hate more than the Jets). Leaving us with the Colts and Pittsburgh... I would want the Colts. I want to see Peyton rewarded... and see Polian rewarded. GO COLTS!!
  25. MIKE NUGENT... if anyone watches this guy... they will want him in Buffalo. Please draft this Buckeye TD
