I like the hire. You need to pair a good rushing attack along with Josh Allen's skill set. They need some explosive plays in a game but sometimes the opponent does a good job taking that away. Kansas City is the gold standard and they generate some big plays from Pacheco runs and often just some catch and runs from Kelce or whoever.

Why it took Purdy until the 2nd half to take off and use his legs as a weapon, I have no idea? But he did a fantastic job getting away from trouble and getting huge first downs, in addition to some clutch throws. Lamar on the other hand, should have done that but didn't, for whatever reason.

IMO Campbell should have tried the FGs instead of going for it on 4th down. In games like this, playoffs, you get points.
Totally agree. At 24-10 they did NOT NEED a first down. A FG makes it 27-10 and changes the flow and momentum.

Josh did not blow anything. He's the ONLY reason Buffalo had a shot in that game.
That being said the correct game strategy was to try to get the first down over the next two plays and bleed the clock dry. Hopefully score a TD or a closer FG as time nears 0:00. That strategy is 100% coaching and they should bear the responsibility.

These kind of posts crack me up. All the people that say NO, I'm not watching...yet post on an NFL team message board. Gimme a break, of course we're all watching. We are football fans.

Not kicking the FG to make it 27-10 was a bad move. It was an easy kick in that spot. Campbell should have pivoted there from what he usually does. We don’t know how the game would have changed if he had kicked it.
The later one was a 48 yarderer, not automatic, and Goff was still throwing really well so i was ok going for it on that series.

Those stats are a lot better than Lamar’s playoff stats that’s for sure.
But Mahomes is nearly unbeatable in the playoffs and that’s the wall keeping Allen from a SB appearance.

I always said the Chiefs under Mahomes are a great road team. They are dialed in this season for sureZ

The Ravens will have to be super proficient on offense since they can’t get extra possessions.

KC are ball controlling the heck out of it. opposite of last week

Mahomes is putting the ball exactly on target on these throws. it’s not spectacular but so efficient

that little over the top touch pass to Kelce is so underrated. so many QBs throw that right into the defenders arm with no touch.

Safe is death. and both teams going and converting 4th downs is hardly safe. Good game.

Oh baby, we got a heavyweight fight here.

Nice run by Lamar but why did he keep looking back? He could have taken it further or even all the way.
He admittedly said he’s really nervous before these games. Prob looking for the strip. and being careful.

Is KCs o-line really that good?
Their tackles were lousy all season and Thuney is injured. i guess they underachieved

Good lord, perfect throw and great catch

ballsy. Nice throw and Kansas City are not dropping passes in the playoffs.

Pacheco is such a beast.

I like the Ravens to win 24-23. I bet the Chiefs +4.5 so we shall see. Just think it will be a good close game.

Sucks for us but kinda weird not to have an emotional attachment to this game. Just watching some NFL. I have some extended family who live in Baltimore and they are freaking out today. Nerves, excitement, etc..

The best thing about Brady is the ability to get the rushing attack going, not just Josh running. But the downfield passing game needs work.

What i expect to see today is KC doing everything they did not do against the Bills. In other words they will most likely drop some passes, get some penalties, Oline won’t hold up on every pass attempt, Pacheco won’t gash them on every run, maybe Butker misses a FG. I expect KC to revert to what they were in the regular season. A very tough out but not nearly perfect offensively like they were against Buffalo. The Ravens will absolutely have something to do with that!

The National talking heads are giving credit to Spags. Apparently KC's plan was to take away the Ravens ground attack and force Lamar to be a QB. So Lamar throws 37 times which is too many and he inexplicably doesn't take off and scramble nearly enough. He could have created more especially in the 2nd half when the Baltimore D held the line.
