I hope Coleman can remain the happy-go-lucky guy throughout his career.
It's not too long ago when Tre White showed up with his big fun personality. Then he got injured, and his fun side got injured as well. I'm not saying it wouldn't have destroyed me either, but Tre was never the same after the first injury. He rarely did media stuff after that. Mentally it must've been hell.

Simms and Boomer are still sharper than Bradshaw by a long shot. It was sad last year watching Terry do the halftime highlights. He couldn't follow along or explain what was happening on the screen. He needs to retire, he's not funny anymore.

Pissing away a 7th round pick on this guy who has never played football instead of the longest of long shots at WR is a waste of a pick.
I'm not sure.. there are many UDFA WR's that are as talented as anyone you can get in the 7th round.

Beane gambles on a gambler. Interesting.
As Beane said in one of his recent pressers "you have to have a nice mix of guys...not all can be choir boys".
As long as this WR isn't an ex-Carolina Panther I'm good. ha.

Gotta love the "havent heard of him" crowd who assume everyone they don't know of must be a bust in the making. Meanwhile the guy they think the Bills should have taken at pick 33 (Troy Franklin) has now been passed on by every team in the NFL twice and 3 times by the Bills.
But the board...the board...I know who Franklin is, how dare they not take the name I know.
You would you everyone would learn their lesson after the meltdowns of Josh Allen, Milano, Berard, Taron, etc. Careers are made on draft by the names you know. Let these kids get on the field at least before you map out their careers.
Yeah, i never heard of Terrell Bernard or Shakir either. In Beane I trust.

It’s great how he uses “shoot” in every other sentence. lol. He probably does it in place of swearing, ya know, being in Salt Lake City and all. Gotta keep it clean.

Trading for Deebo = 0%
Trading for Aiyuk = 25%
Drafting Franklin or Mitchell = 75%
I’m in on Aiyuk and Mitchell, totally out on Franklin.

They can be interested in Deebo all they want, but it better not include the 33rd pick for him.

Shefter without actually saying the pick just can’t help but tip off the picks. He has to be first.

Jayden Daniels.
I do appreciate how ESPN does not tip off the pick by showing the guy getting his phone call.

The mass Boo’ing of the commish every year is so dumb.

ESPN, then NFL Network and maybe flip over to ABC for a bit to see what the college crew is saying. I’m recording them all just to see what they say about the Bills pick.

I predict the Bills will move up and get Brian Thomas Jr. Not sure how high they will have to move to get him.
-
Beane doesn't seem like a guy that waits for any 'ol player to "fall" to him. He goes up and gets who he loves. That's what he will do tomorrow night.

I'm of the mindset, the Bills should definitely move up. They are still in win now mode, as long as Josh Allen is in his prime years. He needs an elite WR, and with Diggs gone it matters even more. Let's face it, they will do whatever they can do to win a Super Bowl now. Once Allen is gone or his career ends, they can rebuild from scratch. For now, do what it takes to get a damn elite WR.

As I recall, Ruff was pretty good with Dallas and he did lead the NJ Devils to 52 wins and 112 points last year. The Devils got poor goaltending this season which Ruff paid the price for. I'm not inspired by this hire either, but I've always liked Lindy and he has an edge to him that this team needs. Hoping for the best.

if only there were 925 millionaires in WNY.
Back in the mid-late 1990's, you could buy two, maybe three NFL teams for $925M. Crazy.

Sorry, but i hate the re-hire thing. Hope im wrong but i was wanting a proven coach from outside the organization.

Bottom line is Beane left it open to trading up, trading down, or staying put at #28. He's not going to telegraph a lean in any direction, as he shouldn't.
I do enjoy BB press conferences. He enjoys talking football and the reporters do mix in some thought provoking questions that he clearly likes to break down and provide good answers.

I know people aren’t going to like it but as we get closer my gut feeling is telling me it’s going to be Keon Coleman after a trade down. There is a lot there that fits Buffalo and their philosophy
I think the Bills are trading up to get a stud WR. Just not sure how much of a price they are willing to pay in draft assets to get there? They don't want to leave the cupboard bare in other positions... But McD and Beane are keenly aware they are in Josh Allen's prime right now, and you have to get this man a STUD, right now.

The first hurdle has been cleared!
Now we must be sure NOT TO HIRE SETH APPERT.
That would be classic Pegula and a classic error...leading to 14 seasons without playoffs.
Gotta bring in the right type of coach; experienced, tough, proven at least to a degree.
He must demand respect from the players and he has to have some level of discipline to help the kids improve.
Berube? Gallant? Boudreau?
Some will suggest Ruff. I say "NO" to that, but he would be a big improvement over Granato.
Weird that ALL assistant coaches haven't been fired. I assume all will be gone once new guy is here and organized.
The next coach has to be a proven playoff coach who is tough, who has an edge. The players here need to practice well and get some tough love. No more players coaches in Buffalo. Look at guys like Tortorella, Laviloette, Patrick Roy is like that...Brinda' Mour.. etc.. They demand results.

It was a playoffs or bust season...and this proves it.
I've said before, will say it again...they need to overpay and hire a proven coach who has been a winner and playoff head coach. Someone who knows what it takes game in and game out, practices, etc...

How much does our new open air stadium cost? i saw the replacement Key Bridge in Baltimore will cost between $1.7-1.9 billion. Seem high compared to the intricacies of a stadium
