  1. I edited my post to mention that what I wrote was a paraphrase of RotoWorld. Didn't mean for it to sound like a DOOMED post
  2. Looks as though James had a "personal commitment." Looks like he's not committed to making the team, because chances are he might be on the outside looking in (paraphrasing from RotoWorld)... http://blogs.buffalonews.com/billboard/201...%28BillBoard%29
  3. Hey, we stole 2 3rd round picks from them for Willis LOL
  4. Didn't Donovan McNabb say the same thing?
  5. This. I don't think I could stand seeing our DB's 15 yards off the line of scrimmage for one more game. Perry is a better motivator than Jauron, but let's see how the Giants do before annointing Perry some sort of defensive guru.

  7. I'd prefer if we had one named Long Duk Dong.
  8. I expect to see good things from him THIS year. Spiller isn't a wide receiver. Historically, RB's make one of the quickest transitions to the NFL game. And what Spiller has, you just can't teach. You either got it or you don't. And Spiller has got it.
  9. Felonies have never gotten in the way of teams signing players. Why stop now?
  10. Yes. Chan said this himself.
  11. I am sorry if that's true, but it doesn't change the point of my post.
  12. The question was phrased in such a way that Jeff Ireland not only issued a statement through the Dolphins, but he called Dez Bryant to personally apologize (albeit, after the story came out).
  13. So, listening to Colin Cowherd this am, he mentioned that he felt the Ireland question to Dez Bryant was ok in the sense that you need to ask tough questions of players. People who a franchise will be investing millions of dollars in. He said playing in the NFL isn't your typical job interview. And Ireland's question fell into that arena of a "tough question." So, if that's true, it goes both ways. GM's are in charge of billion dollar NFL franchises. They are responsible for making the organization run. Equally strict questions should be asked. So, my question is, "Is Jeff Ireland's mom a prostitute?" I think, per Cowherd, that it's a "tough" question. In all seriousness, if you're a GM, you need to be a lot smarter about how you ask tough questions and the kind of questions you come up with. Jeff Ireland obviously doesn't have the common sense to do this. He was tactless and callous. In short, not the world knows Jeff Ireland is an ass. And, he only apologized after the story surfaced. Not before. That cements him being an ass in my book. Way to go Jeff. Even if your mom were a prostitute, she'd still be embarrassed by you.
  14. I thought it might be Jerry Hughes myself...but, we have so many holes any of the players suggested makes complete and total sense LOL
  15. I like this post. I also find it interesting that the NFL has (seemingly) decided to draw a line in the sand over this. Really? Over Tony Washington? All the other thugs in this league, who commit crimes while playing for a team are ok...but this kid (who made beyond a gross error in judgement at 16) is an untouchable? I don't get it really. Not to mention, he has served his time on this matter (which many of you brought up about Michael Vick), but yet this kid is beyond human trash? I just don't get it.
  16. If you watch the post-draft presser with Chan and Buddy, Chan says that Moats is going inside.
  17. Technically, it starts with both lines. And the FO addressed the D-line, added two talented skill playermakers on offense, and gave us a few late round picks for the o-line. Are you unhappy they didn't add a left tackle in round one? Is that your real beef?
  18. I think they project Moats to the inside based on his lack of ideal height.
  19. Umm, Troup was a 4-3 DT who is big enough to play nose. What are you talking about? And Cam Thomas takes way too many plays off, which is why he fell to the 5th round.
  20. Chan said in the presser that Moats will play inside, and Batten outside.
  21. Dude's a gamer. Watching that highlight against Central Michigan, where he kept trying to keep the play alive was awesome. I love scrappers. Plus, he's pretty accurate with a decent arm.
