  1. 2 plays by Harris. Nice.
  2. Run defense plain blows.
  3. Yup. Stupid hit. It was close but you have to know when the QB is running.
  4. Great play Schoebel. Missed him a lot last year.
  5. Celebrating his name. Although I agree with you, I'd like to hate more guys who celebrate too much when they make amazing plays.
  6. Since TO can't catch, I say keep giving it to him like that.
  7. Nice route Steve Johnson. Waiting to hear from the Johnson-lovers on a n out route run 2 yards short of the marker.
  8. It's hard not to like Lynch's heart but the guy's tendency to dance in the backfield is a nightmare.
  9. What kills me about Lynch is that instead of getting the first down, he danced and lost 3 yards. It's exactly his problem. On the first 3 runs, he was un-Lynchlike and committed fast. Then he went back to his bad habit. Make the one guy miss and fall forward for the 1st down idiot.
  10. TO would be on the bench, where he should be, if Singletary was the coach.
  11. Droid "not quite pocket sized." That's all I have to hear and I'm out.
  12. Dunno. I travel but am mostly in PHilly. No problems with AT&T. Do I drop a call every once in a while? Yes. Often? No.
  13. Good that he did it. It would be nice if he would get the troops home and avoid many of these flag-draped coffins altogether. Setting aside the fact that there's no "mission" and set of goals in Iraq, and that he's already gone back on his campaign withdrawal promises, the only goal that we can hope to accomplish is to leave Iraq and Afghanistan all !@#$ed up upon our departure. If we set THAT as our goal, we'll at least be able to finally say "Mission Accomplished." Personally, I'd like to set our goal to be "get the !@#$ outta Dodge."
  14. Shame to waste such a good retort in this stupid thread.
  15. When I was at the Tampa game, I saw him on the sidelines and was shocked. I thought for sure that he'd been cut.
  16. Makes sense. He's comes at no cost and you can't have Hamden alone as the backup.
  17. Every government contractor knows this dynamic. I used to work for private contractors that did multi-million dollar construction projects for the Navy. When we'd save money on a project, in any way, we would have to identify the savings so the Navy could add more to the project to make sure that it didn't come in underbudget. Underbudget was always a huge problem. We used to have meetings about how to best spend millions we'd save so the Navy could request more money for the following year. Overbudget was a problem in theory, but usually it just came with a "bad job" speech followed by the Navy cutting a check to us and increasing their funds request for the following year. Everyone in government knows this cycle. It's why Obama's 2010 budget is up 13% from 2009. It's disgusting.
  18. How much does it hurt to see Oher? I read the book about him and wondered if he would bust but am glad he's succeeding. God I wish he was in a Bills uniform.
  19. Take that back: It's ridiculous.
  20. Do you think women say to one another, "Watch Transformers with him and you'll be sure to get laid."
  21. Dingleberry, punt returns are different than running the ball from the RB position. He's not a good punt returner. He's just back there because he can at least catch the ball, unlike Parrish. Lynch can't even be called on to return punts. How many times has Lynch had 140 yards from scrimmage against the Pats? I guess you're psyched because Lynch was just over 2 yards/carry today! If only the Bills had 5 downs to work with, he'd be effective. His season average is a hot 3.0/carry.
  22. I am shocked at the play of the Bills DEs so far this season. I thought they would be a nightmare and they have been well, OK. Not amazing. But OK is a lot better than I thought they were capable of. Byrd has 2 more INTs than Whitner in his what...3 games with significant game time. Without him at safet the last 2 games, the Bills don't win. He's Free. Whitner to Strong. End of that debate. Both tackles suck. Nothing's changed there. Hangartner wasn't great today either. I see next year's draft when the Bills pick at 11 or 12, going with OT, DE, QB--whoever's on the board that is the best. Imagine this team's record with Garcia at QB. Not world-beaters but easily convert 2 losses to wins. Trent is not good. Fitz is not good. I'll one-up you on Fox's bad coaching. Why was he throwing so much? With the exception of that nice 4th and 1 stop, the Bills couldn't stop the run with any consistency. Carolina should have just run it down their throats. Oh, and if you're looking for busts. I have one for you. He wears...ummm. Number... Wait, I just saw him run past the QB. IT will come to me.
  23. Setting aside the media fun with TO, it makes me weep to think how much better this (lousy) offense would be with Garcia at QB.
  24. Look at the games where Jackson started. Look at the games where Lynch started. You might recall that when Lynch returned, Jackson was 4th in the NFL in yards/scrimmage. Maybe you can do the math. But probably not. Lynch plays with heart but he's not good. He does not see holes. He stutters and shakes behind the line for so long that he's easy to tackle. Sadly, he'll never be more than a backup. Of course, genius Jauron--in a move that you no doubt laud--is putting the much better RB in to return punts.
  25. Whitner has 3 career INTs. I don't hate him as much as others but the secondary is playing better without him.
