  1. It's kinda like that Jimi Hendrix Pepsi Coke commercial: Whew! That was a close one!
  2. Did a little searching for potential free agent LT tackles and found some names: Tra Thomas 29 years old, Brad Hopkins 33 years old, LJ Shelton 28 years old( back up to Leanard Davis), and of course the other super LT's who are either francised or in final year of contract( Ogden, Pace, Jones, blah, blah, blah). Anyone know if Shelton can play? I know there are 10 games left but this will be the top priority no matter what happens anyways. Who do you guys think we should make a play for? I hear Philly is not totally happy with Thomas but they have way more money if they want to keep him. We have to do something to get some proven talent on the line. Discuss..............
  3. I'm at a tie between Duante Culpepper and Orlando Pace. Honorable mention to Ogden and Roaf.
  4. By the way I'd say John From Hemet has the best idea so far. Hopefully a Mike Pearson type falls to us.
  5. Too bad he is a Dolphin. On another note, the Teague to RT crap has to stop. Maybe LT but you need a powerful drive blocker at RT. Teague??????????
  6. A free agent OLine list anyone? I don't care how much football is left. This is priority #1 next offseason no matter what happens the rest of the way.
  7. Micheal Munoz, LT, Tennessee. A possibility at our current draft position.
  8. Chrebet has always been a Bills killer over the years. Even when he hasn't played much, here comes the Bills and he always has a nice game. We never press him and he always kills us because we never jam him.McGee was on him most of the game and it definitely showed he has a ways to go as well.
  9. I bet Zach Thomas wouldn't mind if the Dolphins gave up a 2nd for Travis. It depends on what someone needs. A trade may not even happen anyways......
  10. I admit to posting that at one time Williams was playing better than McKinney, due to the holdout or whatever , I truly believe he was. I personally seen him in the few Minn. games I watched get bullrushed quite easily and beat around the corner a couple times as well. I now admit McKinney is playing better and a big mistake was made in that he plays left tackle, a crucial position as we all know, and taking a right tackle instead. I am not as down on Williams as you are though. I think he is far from a bust but is overpaid and was probably drafted about 10 slots too high. To sum it up though, it sure have been great to get that left tackle every team who doesn't have covets.
  11. No team will most likely trade away a pass rusher who produces or an Olineman who can actually block. So let's be honest with ourselves. Travis Henry is traded for a 2nd round pick or nothing happens at all. Maybe a 2nd and a teams 3rd string RB.
  12. I thought your post was very reasonable PJBrown. My question is, if he is traded for a player and not a draft pick, you do you realistically see us getting who could help? No assclown answers please.
  13. Since Keenan isn't even playing for them I could see him plus a 3rd, very remotely a 2nd at best. Me personally, straght up I'd give up a 2nd for Henry if my team had a solid Oline.
  14. Supposedly Travis trade rumers from some jerkoff on BB.com.
  15. I admitted I didn't like the pick, but will always be happy to eat crow if if means improvement to a position of need. Maybe he could develope into a Christian Fauria type, which ain't too bad.
  16. In a way this news is sad as the Coy Wire crusade appears to be coming to an end........
  17. We don't run any formations with more than two wideouts anyways, throw in Reed as well.
  18. Sorry, the guy from KC is on IR, but he could play any interior line position. Doubt they would let a guy like that go any ways.
  19. Agreed. A 5th or the back up guard from KC would be great. Can't remember the dudes name but he is pretty decent.
  20. I'll drink to that. I like Travis but would like to see what Willis could do getting 80-90% of the plays.
  21. There are 12 games left. McGee is gonna make some nice plays but as you will all see he is gonna give up quite a few deep balls. This is why he will should remain a nickle, though a very good one. In late December we'll see who is right.
