  1. The lengths Drewbashers will go to foment dissent against him on this board is bordering on the ridiculous. This excrement(don't want any confusion here) has got to stop. Now it's kabala stuff. Wait...look over there...in the shadows! It's Bledsoe..he's out to get you!! Get a hobby, man. Read a book.
  2. This is the most salient point about this issue made this season. Name ONE GUY (include the kickers if you like) who has impressed you. It takes 11 guys to make an offense work, not just one guy wearing # 11.
  3. So in the Spiked Lemonades vs the Bledsoe Apologists you're a Bledsoe apologist right? It's gonna suck for guys like you if we win a couple of games.
  4. These 2 three point losses were winnable with 1 yard here, 1 less fumble there, 1 less penalty there. A carbon copy of last year would be a hot start and a lousy finish. Maybe this oline will gel some more and a couple of breaks will go our way. That's how a winning streak could start. I think it's possible to reverse the scenario with a bad start and a great finish. I'm with Bledsoe through game 6. If there's an obvious choice on the bench and we aren't 3-3 by then, then I'm for a change at QB and a number of other positions.
  5. I understand your frustration. But..our 1400 yd rusher is headed for less than 1100 and he has no TDs. Our WRs have dropped a lot of passes and to say the are very talented is overstating it alot. Moulds 3 years ago, Evans 3 years from now, Reed just seems to lack the "it" factor we all thought he had. Matthews is here to replace Bledsoe when and if Bledsoe can't get up off the turf. Why, because Bledsoe is a far superior QB without a doubt. With this O line protection I think, sadly, that you will get your wish within the next few weeks.
  6. And your change (just for change sake) would be to put in Shane Matthews because Bledsoe has singlehandedly caused these losses? You've been watching some of the 52 other players right? I don't think so. I think you might be a little too QB fixated. If you want to sweep all the other problems under the carpet and make Bledsoe the scapegoat for a lot of underperforming players AND coaches then you're going to have a very lumpy carpet.
  7. With 14 games left in the regular season make a change "if for no other reason (sic) to see what the results will be." Great idea, coach.
  8. Thanks. I'm mostly a viewer and a less frequent poster. I generally find this place to be more stimulating than the official website board and KFFL, but lately....
  9. This is starting to look like CBS News in here. People are offering up lies, rumors, exaggerated facts and innuendo to further their agenda of blaming Bledsoe. Stick to the facts. Henry gets one yard we win. Mark Campbell gets one more yard we win. Receivers catch catchable balls we probably win. Stupid penalties are avoided we probably win. Bledsoe has an 86.2 QB rating ranked in the top 40% of the league TD/INT ratio in the top 10% Running game yards per carry 2.7 Passing game yards per play (attempts AND completions) 8.2 Did Bledsoe have a subpar game? Yes Is he terrible and the reason this team is not winning? No. Should Shane Matthews be the QB? Gimme a break. Let's start talking football and ALL the elements of a team and the nuances of games instead of this character assassination all the time. If the threads are going to continue to be so damn shallow I think I'll be checking in here less. It's like this is the football equivalent of the womans' show The View.l
  10. The free safety was 2 strides behind Evans. A longer pass is an INT or a drop in that situation. Blast Bledsoe all you want but get your facts straight.
  11. What happened to your list? We idiots want to be identified. Don't back out now you wanted the accounting.
  12. I'm in. Put me on the record and ridicule me all you want.
  13. Aren't you the same genius that claimed a Yankees win before the game was over and the Red Sox came back to win? Yeah your opinion means a lot. You're as premature in predicting Bledsoe's demise as you were with your great baseball declaration. Stay off the Bledsoe bandwagon and don't ask back on in a few weeks.
  14. Bledsoe has plenty left in the tank. Any knowledgeable football fan knows that the 2nd week in a row of 2.6 yards per carry rushing allows the D to T off on the pass game. Blame Bledsoe if it makes it easier for you to swallow the fact that this offense is incapable of moving the ball on the ground. The O line can't run block and they sure as hell can't pass block. Bledsoe is the scapegoat for the uninformed. I support the QB for this team who's working with no running game. His name is Drew Bledsoe and he's a damn good quarterback.
  15. Brett Favre or Joe Montana behind this line and with this running game would do no better. And how about a receiver that can catch the damn ball !!!! running game 12 carries 24 yards means the D can T off on the QB. Look at the whole team, the situation, Christ, Vick gets sacked more often than Bledsoe!! Get him some G Damn protection!!!
  16. Moulds needs to step up and grow a pair. Stretch/jump for the catch!! Hang on to the ball! I'm periously close to declaring that Moulds is over the hill. If Moulds shows up, we can win. If he doesn't, we lose. Pressure Gannon and it's INT city. Lindell, earn an f'n paycheck!! Bills 27 Raiders 17
  17. heh, heh, heh, heh the cardinal sin. flappin your gums too early
  18. Moulds has developed alligator arms since the middle of the 2002 season. He doesn't stretch for the ball or jump for the ball when there is the potential for being hit. His size combined with the stretching and jumping made him a ProBowl type player. He's worried about getting hurt and is playing soft. I never saw a receiver miss so many balls thrown his way than Moulds did last year. Once you get hurt you either play tentatively or you throw caution to the wind and go after every ball. Eric has chosen the former over the latter. It doesn't make him a bad guy, just a guy into self preservation.
  19. So subconsciously the individual mistakes made(any single one of which would have meant a win), are because the players have no faith in Drew. That makes perfect sense. I learned one thing from your post. I won't be opening another of them because you are clearly clueless about the game of football.
