  1. I really loved last year's finale with Tre' White mic'd up. Loved his reaction when Kyle scored the touchdown. This one, was just as special if not more. I love it when he's going at it with Josh Allen on the sidelines. I'm going to miss Kyle.
  2. Champ Bailey Issac Bruce Tony Gonzalez Ed Reed Don Coryell Gil Brandt
  3. I disagree. Bowl games like the Liberty, Gator, Sun & Peach had a certain heir to them. Every game on New Year's Day was huge. They meant something. Now, that is not the case.
  4. Yes, it is very expensive here. It would be cheaper to fly into San Francisco, but then you would have to travel 40 miles by car to get to Santa Clara/San Jose. Then there's hotels and food that you have to look forward too. Pro sports is a lot bigger here than college is, and that's unfortunate. Even if a team like Notre Dame was playing in the championship game, it still would have a tough time selling out. Notre Dame plays Stanford all the time, and whenever the Irish come to play in Palo Alto, nobody really cares. There's no hype at all. It's really sad. I was born in the wrong part of the country for this stuff.
  5. I voted indifferent. I think the train horn is louder on television than it is at the game. When I was at the home opener, I would hear the horn but it wasn't that obvious. Having the buffalo stampede would be a lot better.
  6. Sadly, I have to agree with this. Believe me, I'm thrilled that the National Title game is being played here, and Levi's Stadium is just as good as any other place to play it. The problem is that the Bay Area is one of the worst places for College Football. There is no tradition here, and there is no hype for the game itself. California & Stanford have their following, but it's more of a student thing and that's not enough. There are a lot of transplants from many universities who have their own football clubs in this area, but not enough to fill an entire stadium. Too bad, because this is such a good area
  7. How is this surprising? The bowl games have lost their prestige. They are now just glorified exhibition games.
  8. Why? The NFL touts how they do everything in the best interests of the fans. This would be in the best interests of the fans.
  9. Well, well, well. Still wouldn't want this guy and am amazed that he remains in the NFL. This guy is Aldon Smith all over again.
  10. Jordan has been in the league for 4 years, Harry is just a rookie. I would hope that he would outplay him.
  11. Good. Now how about doing something for the fans like giving them 30% off on game tickets next year? After all ratings are up and they want to show us appreciation.....right?
  12. I wanted him to stay on the sidelines the whole year too. I'm very impressed with how he played this year. I had no idea he was such a fast runner. He's just fun to watch. Can't to see him get better next year. Especially with more weapons and better protection.
  13. And just what is there cap projected to be in 2020?
  14. That will be different in 2020. They play both the AFC & NFC West that year.
  15. Judicious, auspicious, precocious, pretentious.....I don't care! GET TO WORK!
  16. That showed me that Josh Allen is not a *****, like Tom Brady is.
  17. Derek Anderson: "Hey David! Matt(Barkley) and I are going to work on the playbook with Josh for awhile. Go get me a cup of coffee."
  18. So we're not drafting a QB this year? Eat it, Allen haters!
  19. This has been long overdue. I'm amazed at how long Lewis lasted. Everyone piles on Andy Reid for choking in the post season, but Marvin Lewis was the real joke.
  20. See you at the draft again.....maybe.
