  1. I like your excitement and enthusiasm but let's not get ahead of ourselves. This is an up and coming team where our young guys are starting to play towards their potential. It is still a flawed team. They're run defense is sub par and they cannot consistently run the ball. I like how are secondary is coming together and the coaching is solid. They've done some good things and with another good draft, re-signing Clements, picking up a run stuffing DT and RG that can move the pile this team can contend seriously. They're almost there!!!
  2. No turnovers this week. The Titans aren't good enough to win if Buffalo plays a clean game. Stop Henry and force Young to beat you. Gee, that sounds simple enough! Close game though.....I'm thinking 23 - 17 Bills
  3. It's piss pour regardless........ I for one want to attend the game, but I live in Waterloo Ontario and can't find anybody to come with....... Hopefully I can find somebody.....it would be my fourth Bills game this year.
  4. I agree. Everybody knows that the Titans have only been winning on fluke plays right at the end of the game......probably shouldn't have said that.......
  5. 103.3 FM carries the Bills game....you're in luck
  6. Hi.....I've sat all over RWS including three rows behind the Minnesota Vikings bench back in 1997 and row 6 behind the Bills bench in 1999. It is an experience though to see the guys up close. I remember looking the late Corey Stringer 10 feet away from me and his size was remarkable. I prefer the upper deck. It gives a great vantage point and you can see the entire play developing. That's my preference. If you enjoy sitting in a library atmosphere the Club seats in the second level are probably the best in the house. For wearing the Titans colours, that's your choice. Most Bills fans are civil. There is the occasional idiot out there however. You can earn a lot of brownie points with the people in your section by high fiving them right before kick off and say "I'm only doing this once"....."Are you ready"..........I've never been bugged at all after that.
  7. I think we need to re-sign Nate Clements, re-sign Fletcher and fill two additional roster spots with a big two gap DT and get a RG who can run block. That way our secondary is set for 4-5 years, our DL is more stout and our offensive line can knock somebody off the ball consistently in the run game. So to a point I agree with Chuck but Jason Peters is the Bills LT for years to come.
  8. The blackout extends 75 from the point of origin. But also, if a signal broadcasts into that 75 mile radius it is also blacked out. That's the bad news. The good news is, if you are outside the 75 blackout radius, you can still get the game on NFL Sunday Ticket. I'm in Waterloo, Ontario and can watch a blacked out game because I'm 120 miles+ from the broadcast location. Make sense? Hopefully you find a way to see it. Cheers
  9. Great post.......thanks for that. If Ralph goes out this off-season and makes a big free agent splash to show people how committed he is to a winner, people come in droves to support this team. I don't agree with Ralph when he says Buffalo has no pricing power. People will always spend money when they see something of value. One more solid draft, re-signing Clements, Fletcher and this team can compete every week. My two cents.....
  10. Just searched for tickets on the website and got section 307.........it didn't sell out.....................
  11. I'm sorry but that rant by Nick Nolte in Blue Chips around the start of the movie is just plain hilarious.......especially when he comes back into the room to dish out some more.
  12. What about building a new stadium around the Niagara Falls area just across the border? That's a booming economical area and will likely increase fans coming in from the Hamilton and Toronto area? Just a thought and you could still of course call them the Buffalo Bills and get some Canadian funding to build it?
  13. It's too bad that clip didn't go further because when CBS was going to commercial you heard Dan say to Boomer "How many playoffs games did you win.......JESUS!!! I'm so glad we kicked Marino's butt everytime we played him in the playoffs.....
  14. No, they aren't all like that. Are you telling me that if you knew your brother was killed by a military force in accident or deliberately you wouldn't be pissed off to the point where you take action? No confusion here "buddy".
  15. Yes, turning the desert to glass would be one....you smartass you
  16. I fail to understand how Buffalo is considered to be a small market with Toronto 2 hours away. What about just moving the Stadium across the border around the Niagara Falls area? It's a booming economy. You can build a new stadium there and still call it the Buffalo Bills.......I think you might get more higher paying Canadians at the game that way. Just a thought.
  17. I hear you and understand where you are coming from. How do you fight terrorists? Those guys over there are sub human and it's not like you can fight a conventional war against them like you did with Hitler. Everytime you blow up one of those extremists you create dozens more. I don't mean to say all Middle Eastern people are like this, obviously there are some victims over there and it's a shame. I don't think it's a war that is winnable. I understand where these "defectors" are coming from. It's very easy to sit back in the safety of your own country and criticize their actions when your neck isn't on the line. I wish there was a way that you could push a button and eliminate all those muslim extremists.......but alas.......
  18. I'd appreciate it if you left the obnoxious comments about Canada out of your juvenile rants thank you very much. We're in Afghanistan right now and losing a lot of troops over there.
  19. I agree on being able to stand up and jump up and down to celebrate a big play, sack or TD and often catch myself standing up when a big pass is going down field. It's out of instinct and excitement and I shouldn't do that in that situation because being 6'5 I could block out a whole bunch of people. I think you should check and see who the people are around you and act accordingly. I do have a problem with people that just sit there and watch the game and don't move. You can do that yes and really there isn't anything wrong with that, but would it kill you to at least clap your hands when the opposing team has the ball? You may just say one person doesn't make a difference but if 10,000 people do the same thing then that's a lot of potential noise not being used to screw up the timing of the opposing offense and their snap count. The Ralph sometimes is like a funeral home during games and of course sometimes for good reason....but it's a far cry from what we are all used to. Wow, I just wrote an essay.
  20. Hey all, I'm 123 miles from the Stadium in Waterloo, Ontario. Does anybody know if I can get the game on Sunday NFL Ticket? I'm thinking about buying it for the rest of the season since the last 4 Bills home games probably won't sell out which would be cheaper than going to the game. Your help is appreciated.
  21. Watch that play again. JP WAS stepping up, right into the oncoming arms of a disengaged Booger McFarland.
  22. I'm glad somebody else caught that........I was screaming at my TV yesterday. JP would have had a pocket to step up into as Freeney was coming around the corner and was looking poised to throw long on that particular play. Not saying the play would have been successful or anything like that....but how does a 6 year veteran take his eyes off his blocker to look around and get his QB sacked is beyond stupidity.
  23. Yeah, it's fun....I can be civil with Sabres fans. If this was a Montreal board then it no holds barred.
  24. Sorry for using big words.
  25. Is there any way we can have a mulligan for Harold Ballard??? PS - if you use the overall records like that a Miami Dolphin fan might hear you and use the same point, so try to keep it down!!!
