If you are anywhere near The Arnot Mall in Horseheads, I saw a sweet Sabres t-shirt with Briere on the back at Olympia Sports. They had a bunch of other t-shirts as well.

On the last broadcast before the olympic break, they announced that the March 1st game vs. the Thrashers would a no TV, no radio game. Sucks, can't even listen to it on Sirius!

I watched a bit of RockStar and I couldnt stand JD. He does fit the rockstar image though. I would like to see Van Halen do it, but maybe on Cinemax uncensored.

Could the reason that Darcy hasnt traded either Noronen or Biron be because there really isnt any injured goalies out there? Not a lot of teams that are in need to trade? Dont really know, just my two cents.

I agree, if he made that it would have been sick! But he didnt and now we are wondering why the hell did he do it! Would have been nice, but I dont think that was the time to try it.

That game was ugly. Poor passing, piss-poor defense. I dont know what Vanek was trying to do on his shootout shot! Miller got us a point that we did not deserve. Hopefully the Olympic break will give us a needed rest. I still think we need to trade Biron for a stud defenseman.

My brother-in-law told me to go to this site and look at the videos: www.gunthernet.com Its hilarious to see this guy and listen to his music. Is he for real? Mullet and pornstar-stache. Anyone ever heard of him before? These chicks are smoking but be warned, there are some nude dudes in some of the videos. I googled him and there were some mentions on some MTV sites. Just wondering if anyone else had heard of him.

Wow, seems like a lot of negativity around here about teachers. I never said that my job was harder than anyone else's. I never said ANYTHING about unions, yet that is why people attacked my post about how many sick days I have! Im sure all jobs have their hardships, a lot harder than mine (not saying mine are). I know a lot of teachers complain about their jobs, I wasnt complaining. I just hate to constantly hear people's thoughtless banter about teachers, we are not all the same. Thanks Nose for the backing.

Quit your whining, I would like you to deal with some the things we deal with on a daily basis. Im not complaining at all about my job, I love it. But I cant stand people that B word about teaching that have no clue.

14 and 2 personal a year. For every personal you don't use, turns into 2 sick at the end of the year. Gotta love being a teacher!

Per ESPN: Abraham wants out <Feb. 8> According to The Newark Star-Ledger, Abraham has told those close to him that he wants out because the Jets continue to drag their feet regarding a long-term deal. However, new general manager Mike Tannenbaum did extend an olive branch to the three-time Pro Bowl DE on Tuesday. "I've known John since 2000. I think he's matured as a person and improved as a player," Tannenbaum said yesterday. "I think he deserves a lot of credit for playing the entire 2005 season, all 16 games." Th Jets are expected to place the franchise tag on Abraham this month (they have from tomorrow until Feb. 23) and then try to trade him. The franchise tender for a defensive end will be $8.3 million in 2006. The amount is determined by the average salary of the five highest-paid players at the position. There are several teams reportedly interested in the unrestricted free agent, including the Chargers, Redskins, Browns and Texans. One possibility, according to The Star-Ledger, could be a deal with San Diego for quarterback Philip Rivers. New Jets offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer was Rivers' quarterback coach the last two seasons.

My 8 month old son loves those Geico commercials! Whenever they come on, he instantly stops what he is doing and a huge smile comes across his face and he watches the commercial. Last nite, he was almost asleep drinking his bottle, a Geico commercial came on, he sat up and watched it then fell back asleep. Its hilarious his reaction to those commercials.

Homemade wings, 4 different types: hot bbq, hot (one with redhot and one with Anchor Bar sauce) and then Hot bleu cheese. Pizza, taco dip, chips, cheese, pep. and crackers, and of course BEER! MMMM, can't wait! We are priming (BEER) ourselves tonite watching the UFC championship at 10pm.
