no man you've got me all wrong, it's not YOU I'm annoyed with, it's the Oz himself. I totally agree, interesting and humerous that the Osbournes are such hipocrits as to accuse someone of doing the same sleezy sh-- they've done to other musicians themsleves. To actually record over the original Blizzard of Oz and Diary of a Madman tapes for spite and to avoid paying legitiamte money to the people who created the music is unimaginably repugnant and undefendable. In fact, I watched the Heaven and Hell concert this morning and was thinking about how cool it was for Tony to respect Ozzy enough to NOT call that group Black Sabbath, since Ozzy is technically IN Black Sabbath at present. It is no secret that Ozzy and Dio don't get along, so I thought that showed much respect to Ozzy for them to change the band's name. And there's no way that Ozzy instigated this, this is Sharon Arden Osbourne all the way...

and further, where the hell does he get off trying to muscle in on Tony's gig after all these years. Both he AND Bill Ward legally gave up all rights to the name Black Sabbath years ago! I wonder if this has anything to do with the recent revival of the "Heaven and Hell" line-up? Tony Iommi carried on with that band when Ozzy was doing his best to trivialize and destroy thier credibility for years. Remember when he called them "Geezer and the three WOPS"? All I know is that thank god I got to see the reunited line up before the inevitable bickering ruined it for the fans, yet again. I'll bet my house this has the Devil-Woman written all over it. in closing, !@#$ OZZY!

HAHAHAHAHAAH! OMG! I find it hilarious that OZZY is pissed off about someone not giving him credit and depriving him of royalties. I was the biggest Ozzy fan that exists but for what he has become, especially robbing musicians of thier legally earned rights and compensation, he's as dead as Randy to me...

Someone should post the ESPN article from a few years back where Brady was playing the "No Respect" card after back to back championships*. The one where it is suggested that everyone must genuflect every time the name of Brady is uttered. This was during the season where you would see more Pats* worship at every commerical break on Sunday, you remember, "Tom, we're metaphors" and who can forget the lovable "Diet Pepsi Machine". Such good times! Pats* are a good team for sure, such a shame they will never get the respect for thier kicker dynasty because of thier 7 year cheating spree...

That may be so, but the fact is, the Patriots* were the only ones actually fined and stripped of a draft pick in the biggest punishment handed down in league history. I haven't seen anyone else getting punished by the league so (IMO) there really is no comparison. The league sent a letter to everyone, and the coach of the Patriots* ignored it, and when he got caught made a lame excuse that he "misinterpreted the rules". Wonder if that would work if I got pulled by the cops for speeding, "gee officer, I misinterpreted the Speed Limit sign that was posted". Doubtfull. Look guys, I didn't mean to start a whole thing here (about something that has been beat way past death) but outside of NE, many fans consider the Pats* of the last decade to be the same thing as the baseball steroid users. In a class* by themselves. There is no debate that the Bills are light-years behind the Pats* in just about every way (except for fan loyalty), but this doesn't change the fact that they were flat out, cold busted breaking the rules, were punished, and the NFL tried to make the whole thing go away as fast as possible. Say, did you see that fantastic new Patriot* Place???

Probably. And we ARE whiny little girls. So yeah, they might have destroyed teams on thier way to the biggest choke of all time, but that doesn't erase the fact that they had seven years of cheating to help them establish thier "dynasty". And they made him coach of the year for it, which I think is even more comical and a much bigger deal than most people think. Besides, didn't the tapes have signal calls on them and not warm up drills? Oh yeah, that's right, the NFL destroyed the tapes so no one could prove how deep that rabbit holes went. And if you don't think knowing what the defense was going to call didn't help Brady, then, well I guess we shouldn't even go any further. That being said, Brady still has to make the throws and I must admit, he is more accurate than any QB I believe I have ever seen. Let's see how his knee does this year...

I know some people will be outraged, but this is what the trainer told us to do for our dog, and it worked like a charm: (assuming of course the dog isn't sick, and it sounds like he's got a problem to me if he only does it early in the morning and not when you go to bed). Do you keep him crated at night? Otherwise he will run away if you try this. The first bark he makes, go to his crate and spray a TINY amount of the bitter apple stuff directly in his mouth. Don't say a word until you do, and be careful not to get it in his eyes. Immediately after spraying, say "QUIET", and leave. Repeat as needed. It won't hurt him I've tried the stuff myself (I never do anything to my dogs unless I try it myself) and it tastes like IPA with a little bit of bitter spice. You will get no sleep the first two nights, but after that, you won't have the barking problem anymore...

As someone who is severely immuno-compromised (due to renal transplantation), I have a rather unique interest in this matter, since it's ususally my kind that die first. As others have pointed out, with the exception of Mexico, we have not seen a massive mortality rate for "healthy" people as of yet. It's still too soon to panic or blow this off as hype, I think we have to wait and see. Personally, until >50% of those healthy people who contract this flu strain start to croak, I'll be underwhelmed by the sensationalism. It could be (lets all hope this is the case) that this flu is just more easy to catch and is transmitted quicker, rather than deadlier than the average yearly flu virus. But that shouldn't stop the Sheeple from trampling each other to buy up the hand sanitizer at CVS: BAAAAHAHHHH!!!!!!!

Bringing an old thread back to life: I just read this book. Absolutely gutwrenching comes to mind. I read quite a bit, and I've NEVER had any book provoke such an emotional response before. I can promise you that if you read it, you will never forget it...

It still does. Count me in that crowd, although I don't mind when the Canes win, as long as it's not at the Sabres expense. I pull for the Hurricanes over 28 of 29 teams in the NHL... BTW, it wasn't me at the game, but I have been to about 10 this year...
