We’ll see. This offense is going to be more quick throws. I think he’ll throw less INTs this year. The only question I have is will his other stats drop, that probably depends on his receivers/TEs.

Simply put, outside of Buffalo no one cares though. We all knows he’s at least the 2nd best QB in the league. The league and national media don’t all agree.

I think most Bills fans would rank the top 2 the same. Here’s my question, what criteria do you use to rank the next 2-3 QBs?

Allen is a great player and we can make a case that he’s better than Mahomes. It just doesn’t mean anything until he accomplishes the things Mahomes has. Allen should be on this list but he isn’t. Active QBs with a 1 seed, conference championship win, or MVP. Mahomes Jackson Prescott Burrow Hurts Purdy Goff Rodgers Garapolo Tannehill Flacco

A move like this would be made in the spring or an emergency during a game. Moving Douglas now doesn’t make sense.

We can blame McDermott for his defense and Beane for his personnel decisions, but Allen won’t be considered a top 5 player in league circles until the Bills do more than what they’ve done. He’s been ranked about the same every season. 2/5 playoffs Allen is blameless. Mahomes outplayed Allen in both games you mentioned. I also would like Allen to run the clock vs KC last year at the end.
