  1. Hopkins is a lot more cap space. You’re trading for the potential and the contract with Jeudy.
  2. My offer is Oliver and 27.
  3. They aren’t trading Allen, he restructured.
  4. Keep him away from the Miami Dolphins please!
  5. I actually think they’re going to be pretty active. Don’t expect a $100 million dollar deal but I think they will spend some money. Probably more than they should. They’re too close.
  6. I wonder why the Bills are waiting to do Allen’s restructure? Could it be a restructure/extension?
  7. Are people really upset about this? He’s their special teams captain.
  8. I’ve seen 2-3 teams sign special teams guys already this offseason. Saints and Seahawks. NE has always signed their special team aces. I’m sure if I researched it most teams have a Matakevich. The Bills however have had him, Neal, Kumerow, and Jones for a few years now. Neither player adds anything to the roster other than special teams. Kumerow and Neal have been given snaps but are terrible.
  9. Actually a pretty good player.
  10. Having 1 maybe 2 is good. Having 4 is borderline paranoid.
  11. You should’ve titled it Bills re-sign their captain! I actually don’t hate him. I hate that we have 4 special teams cover aces.
  12. Our offense was almost identical to 2021 with Daboll. They got hot in the playoffs. Only difference. Worst game of Allen’s career imo was home vs Atlanta late 2021 season. Point is people are being way to harsh on Dorsey. Expectations were sky high. He did improve redzone as the year went on. I think he’ll be fine.
  13. I honestly felt like they ran the same thing every time Hines came on. Probably not but that’s what it felt like.
  14. Injuries. Way too risky. Plus the dead cap at the end would be killer. Only position you could possibly do a mega long term deal with is QB but you better hope he never gets hurt.
  15. He has high base salary. The contract won’t be a problem for them unless Watson sucks and they want to move on from him in the next few years.
  16. The Hines package last year consisted of like 2 plays. I wouldn’t even try to evaluate whatever the Hines package was. Hines is definitely similar speed and quickness to McKenzie. Probably a bit faster.
  17. Did he? I felt McKenzie was a limited route runner. A lot of crossers.
  18. I think there is a good chance Hines is still the 3rd RB and kick/punt returner. I would like to see the Bills release McKenzie and use Hines in the old McKenzie role prior to last season. Bring in a veteran slot WR.
  19. I ask again, who do you take off the field? The way it worked out they had a rookie who they didn’t fully trust. When Hines arrived Cook was starting to get more work and play with confidence. Do you bench Cook? No. They were kind of stuck. Hines was likely more of a future trade when it happened. Knowing Singletary was walking. Trying to get Moss carries to raise his value also was a problem. A lot of personnel decisions on offense didn’t go as planned. RB and WR definitely didn’t go as planned.
