Lol there’s zero chance DeAndre Hopkins is traded to Buffalo.

One thing fans should see when we’re interested in bad starters from other teams is just how bad OL play is around the NFL. It’s not just a Buffalo thing. There aren’t many good OLs.

Man our expectations are crazy. They struggled the 2nd half vs a tough schedule but still won games with many key injuries. I went into the offseason wanting OL and DL improvements. So far I don’t see the improvements. But I don’t get the negativity. It’s basically the same team when healthy that we thought could win a Super Bowl. The hole is the player this board hated entering last year.

He will be the 3rd OT and he will be very cheap. Funny how we now hate last years preseason roster that was Super Bowl favorites. What changed?

He’s not just a body. He’s their swing OT. Only thing that changes it is if the draft falls perfectly for them and an OT they love is there in the 1st or 2nd.

It’s a tough spot similar to WR. They have a player they really like there on a rookie contract. They aren’t willing to draft their replacement yet.

That’s why I’m hoping they sign Leonard Floyd.

They like Ike also. They probably spend picks in the 5th-7th on OL now.

It’s tough because this is your typical swing OT. They have warts. I was hoping to draft a rookie high and have rookie and Brown be starting OT/Swing but this probably only happens now if a top OT falls to them at 27 and he’s too good to pass up.

Roster is basically set minus Edmunds replacement and some DL depth. Veteran pass rusher will be the next signing. I fully believe they’ll sign Jordan Phillips after the draft. Maybe they also sign another vet DT. Then that leaves MLB for the draft.

This where comp picks confuse me. How does Edmunds $18 million per year deal get canceled out by McGovern’s $7 million per year deal?

How do they look vs KC and Cincy you mean? There was one time I checked KCs offensive stats in the playoffs and they averaged over 30 ppg. You pretty much have to out score them or hope they have an off game. The Bengals game sucked, it’s a game where no one showed up. Defense needed help from the offense and the offense needed help from the defense. Neither got help.
