  1. There’s been 1st round picks that looked lost in their first start early in the season. If you’re getting blocked you already lost.
  2. Size really doesn’t matter anymore. Different game. It’s all about instincts and making the right read. Shaquille Leonard played MLB at 215 LBs.
  3. They sign Klein for a reason last year. Trust wasn’t there in the young LBs. I let actions speak and starting Bernard definitely shows confidence. They could’ve kept Klein around a few weeks to fill the hole until Kirksey was ready. Bernard has a huge opportunity.
  4. Our defense for whatever reason is prone to giving up a huge run. I think it’s because of our safeties taking poor angles but it’s a problem.
  5. The fear is because he fell down the depth chart as the season went on. Typically you’d think a rookie with starting potential would rise up. But hopefully it was a learning the defense issue. Plus injuries at safety didn’t help.
  6. There’s 10 teams that can make the playoffs in the AFC without shocking anyone. That doesn’t even include the Sean Payton/Russell Wilson lead Broncos. The Titans have a shot also with an easy division.
  7. I mean he could’ve been lost. Rookie MLB in his first action.
  8. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Bills fan base hate a draft pick more than Bernard? Holy smokes.
  9. No. Ankle, Lower muscle injuries, and back injuries are not how you want to start a season.
  10. Makes you wonder if Bernard was the guy all along or did Dodson lose it? I think it was Bernard’s job all along. Huge opportunity.
  11. He’ll be 33 in season. Yes that’s old for a starting player.
  12. Terrell Bernard named starting MLB.
  13. It’s strange because it’s not being talked about much. Just updates here and there but this seems like a huge story. Something fishy going on.
  14. I guess I’ll post this here. Why are the 49ers and Chiefs having trouble signing 2 of the top 5 defensive players in the NFL?
  15. Hopefully. Ravens play them tough. We play too soft defensively to match up vs their offense. Maybe that changes this year.
  16. About to say the same, although beautiful day today in Buffalo.
  17. The Bills redzone offense was bad early in the season last year falling to mid 20’s overall but improved to a top 10 level by the end of the year. The redzone issues early were mostly on Josh Allen. I don’t think you read that post. The Bills were 2nd in wide open receivers right ahead of the Chiefs. Also I don’t think we know much about Dorsey yet. It was a very similar offense to 2021 minus Josh going nuts in the playoffs. I don’t think they changed a whole lot. We’ll see more of Dorsey’s impact this season with Kincaid and Cook. These are weapons that should be utilized. We’ll definitely be able to better evaluate Dorsey in 2023.
  18. Transitioning from playing career to not being wanted by a team is a tough reality. He’s had a great career. Hopefully mentally he’ll be ok.
  19. Chiefs aren’t even the team I’m most afraid of. It’s the Bengals. I don’t think we match up well at all vs the Bengals. I said that last year and got a lot of dislikes. Bengals are the team I want to avoid if possible.
