  1. Completely different alignment. Johnson was on Juedy pre and post snap. Slay is lined up 5 yards inside and 10 yards off on Diggs pre snap. Slay is showing inside the whole time. And I just watched the Wilson throw. He throws it OUTSIDE!
  2. Slay is definitely a read for the WR.
  3. It’s a good week for those that wanted to fire McDermott for Sean Payton.
  4. Is he a good coordinator though? The head coach was an offensive guy wherever he was OC.
  5. Am I the only one that doesn’t think Reich is that good of an offensive coach?
  6. QB is supposed to know the route concepts.
  7. The WR is!!! The QB also should be. Slay could’ve easily been the deep middle coverage there. Slay plays it so bad though.
  8. Slay is playing zone and clearly shows inside leverage. Slay is also lined up inside of Gabe Davis 10 yards off. Everything is telling Gabe to break outside. The question is post snap Slay is playing inside still but is caught flat footed. Is there another read based on Slay being flat footed? Davis wins that route no mater what he does but Slay is still showing inside leverage the whole time.
  9. Gabe is obviously reading Slay here. Slay has inside leverage. Gabe should’ve just ran by him but he over thought it. Allen was using instinct. Gabe was over thinking. I think Gabe probably feels he made the right read but he didn’t have to do all that.
  10. I think Gabe would’ve accepted blame if he made the wrong read.
  11. Watched the play again. I think Allen is the one that made the wrong read.
  12. The worst call favored the Bills and should’ve won us the game.
  13. They’ve been losing jump balls since day 1.
  14. They talked about Gabe Davis miscommunications with Allen on WGR prior to the game. Unbelievable that it continues.
  15. No, this was the clip. It’s embarrassing.
  16. I use to think he was scared but now I just think he coaches stupid during critical situations. Crunch time he called cover 0. Which is a balls out yolo defensive call. Horrible call vs a running QB. Dolphins use to do it vs Josh Allen and would burn them every time. But a lot of times he had players in position to make a play and they didn’t.
  17. I’ve heard Beane say McDermott started trusting the front office more and more. This was probably 2020. I think after 2020 Beane started getting more control and influence because he earned it. I honestly don’t know if they keep Beane after firing McDermott. As for poorly coached, I definitely don’t agree with that. Overall throughout McDermott’s tenure they are one of the best coached teams in the league. The problem seems to come in crunch time. But a lot of times the players are in position to make plays they just can’t make the play.
  18. This clip I saw yesterday was a lot worse than anything that happened on the field. It’s the number 1 reason I am fully on the fire Sean McDermott band wagon. This is embarrassing.
  19. I just don’t know who is benefiting from rigging the game. Why would the owners agree to it? Why would they want the Eagles to win? The one thing about officiating I never understood is fans and media accept the calls that aren’t made a lot more than the calls that are made. Letting them play always wins over more flags. So why not just let them play? I would love to know the entire process of grading officials and what punishment they receive from the NFL. I believe there’s internal grading that happens every game. But this is also secret. It seems like a lot of calls are very weak and could go either way. I understand protecting officials but I think it makes it worse. If somehow they could stop making those weak calls. Marv Levy always had the best line. “Over-officious jerk!”
  20. This is McDermott’s team. I’ve always maintained that. McDermott has the same power as Andy Reid. That’s been reported.
  21. But then they made the biggest call of the game favor the Bills with the roughing call in OT that should’ve gave us the win.
  22. I’ve always said the officials should have to face the media like everyone else and explain why certain calls are made. I don’t think anything can improve officiating. It’s a very difficult job and they will get it wrong at times. I think the key is to make certain penalties less impactful on the outcome of the game. Defensive fouls are way too impactful. Why just a couple people? Refs are protected for this exact reason. They get death threats. Fans think they were paid off if they make a bad call. One thing I’ve always wondered is why no one has created a PFF like site for officiating. Maybe I should, lol. It would get a lot of clicks.
  23. That roughing the passer call should’ve ended the game in our favor. It was a brutally bad call also.
  24. You need more than owners and officials. What is the point of fixing a game? What money? Who is getting the money in your opinion? People want a conspiracy badly.
