    My 80 yr old neighbor was out snowblowing his 4 feet of snow in his driveway. He ran out of gas, so I just went and cleared a path for him to get his car out (all he asked for) and was mad at himself for running out of gas!

    It's not the Bills who set the price, it's the cleaning contractor who the Bills hire that sets the price. The company that cleans the stadium also is responsible for snow removal.
