  1. Are you referring to "REAL DEAL" Corey Simon? ... ...... never heard of him
  2. Lets get "REAL DEAL" Corey Simon up in HEEEAAHHH !!!
  3. I'd love to see this move, IF it can be done without sacrificing Nate. As much as I agree the OL needs work, our defense and ST are and will be our bread and butter if we are to make a run at a title, and without question, Sam Adams and Corey Simon paired together would absolutely demolish the pocket. If you have a chance to get a proven lineman of that caliber on either side of the ball you have to jump at it, they're just so few and far between. If the debate was between an OL of a similar talent level or Corey Simon, then yes I agree, based on our need lets go OL. That's not the case, however. The option is Corey Simon or camp fodder on the offensive side of the ball. Again, I stress, that's ONLY if it's possible to keep Nate and get this done. With Corey and Sam on the inside of that line, I would say our D has serious potential to make that next step from dominant D of this era to one of the dominant defenses of all time. We've seen where that can take you, and you just can't pass that up.
  4. It seems to me that JP is having trouble finding his receivers right now, which isn't a huge surprise. It should take him a while to get comfortable and see things back there. That said, I think it's going to really open up for him, because he can scramble so well. Defenses can't send everyone up the middle crashing the pocket or pay full attention to coverage down field, because JP will simply tuck it and move the chains every time. Defenses aren't going to be able to play as aggressively and rush the passer, nor are they going to be able to turn their backs and cover down field with no threat of the QB taking off and running, so JP is going to get more time and receivers are going to get better separation. Of all the QB's we've had in recent years, this guy could (once he "gets it" ) be Flutie with better size and an arm, which could be scary. This just seems to be night and day with how teams played Drew and Rob the past 5 years, and it's fun to watch. It's not to say we won't take our lumps this year at times, but ultimately I think we're a playoff team again when it's all said and done.
  5. Yesterday Law was on PTI during their "5 good minutes" segment. They asked about KC and Law said he seriously doubted the Chiefs would be able to put together a deal for him. He mentioned with them acquiring Surtain, they probably wouldn't be able to sign him as well.
  6. Good thing the Flute Man didn't dump his agent for Rosenhaus or else he'd be holding out for some serious loot!
  7. I've been posting here for over a year and a half. Just trying to have a debate here my man... lets interject some facts. Now... back to the facts... you are infering that Josh Reed's performance on the field will stink like someone such as myself?
  8. Again, could you please elaborate on the nature of the stink you are smelling? For example does it resemble one of the following smells: 1. Poo 2. Diesel fuel 3. Buttocks area of an unbathed construction worker 4. Buttocks are of a fine lady 5. Animal farm
  9. A few questions in regard to your comment about Josh stinking: 1. You say "...then he stink up the world...." Now simplified that would equate to saying "Josh stink," which is common in what would be dubbed as urban dialect, but certainly sounds silly. More appropriately would be "Josh stinks" or "Josh stunk" or even "Josh will stink." Now, as you reflect on this did you truly mean "Josh stink" or was it a typo and you meant to say "Josh stinks" or some other appropriate variation stated above? 2. What kind of stink does Josh have? You see 2 very different smells can be categorized under the term "stink." You can have the stink of someone's poo. You can have the stink of someone's buttocks area, which can even vary from person to person, and be desirable or repulsing. So, would you be so kind as to elaborate on the nature of the stink that Josh will eminate in the 2k5? Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing any and all follow up on this debate.
  10. SCOTTTTTIEEEE PIIIIPPPPPEENNNNNN!!!! (Scottie Pippen)
  11. Sorry if this has already been posted... but doesn't the Pope Benedict look like Mr. Wilson? http://us.news1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/p/rid...r1070914019.jpg
  12. Let's keep it simple 'bay bays, T-Henry for Corey Simon.
  13. I want to land Corey Simon of the Philadelphia Eagles. Dominant duo's up the middle make dominant defenses, and ohhhh man would Sam Adams and Corey Simon reak some serious havoc.
  14. hmmm.... Corey Simon and Sam Adams shoulder to shoulder... in the words of Ed McMahon "HOYOOOOO!!!!!"
  15. Starting Secondary on Opening Day. CB1 Vincent CB2 Rogers Nickel McGee Dime Thomas/Greer FS Baker SS Milloy 304588[/snapback] Wow... talk about taking a step back. We'd go from having what looks like a very strong secondary to have a weak to mediocre secondary. This would be an awful move.
  16. If that happens we are all going to take BATHS, not Baas.
  17. You might, but that doesn't mean potential free agents see it that way. I don't disagree with the move at this point to go to Losman, however, we've been fortunate in the last couple of free agency seasons to be viewed as a serious contender and because of this guys targeted Buffalo as a team they wanted to come to and were willing to take less money to come here in some cases. With a rookie QB, that just isn't the case anymore. Whether we feel Losman is the right guy or not, these free agents would rather go to a team with a veteran QB. In the mean time we just have to bite the bullet and accept that.
  18. Especially considering that Law and Nate both have an affinity for making timely INT's. Not to mention Lawyer and Vincent lurking back there. It would be PICK CITY BABYYY!!!!
  19. With Ty Law in the fold, our defense would be the bombs of SteveStojan, boyeeeee!!!
  20. I'm tempted to believe this, simply because last year there was a strong feeling that Ty Law wanted to come to Buffalo (ie sporting the Buffalo Bills Equipment t-shirt alongside his teammates sporting their New England: World Champ gear on an interview with NFL Network). But regardless, for the sake of argument, lets assume that we do sign Law. At least for next season we are going to hands down have THE BEST secondary in the league, and I'm hard pressed to think of many that would have been better in the history of the league. Granted we have other holes to fill, but that is going to be one kick ass secondary.
  21. Dickerson was wrong and played the fool... what else is new?
  22. Stay Tuned... that old proverb that ushered in the DREW BLEDSOE ERA...
  23. The Bills fanbase would be ready to bust the proverbial nut if we somehow landed Mike Williams. Man, I love that guy... he's going to be great.
  24. If we're serious about pursuing a vetern CB... you know Ty Law has been chomping at the bit for the past year-year and a half to become a Bill.
