Yeah except in Shreveport, Steamers meant steamship where in Cleveland, Steamers meant... something else.

Yeah, we know about Cleveland. 😜

By the way @YoloinOhio Columbus is confirmed as a new UFL city. An as of yet determined team will relocate there

I saw this article from Warren Sharp he wrote in March it looks like. I couldn’t find it on here and used the search button didn’t see it. So I don’t think it has been posted.

Great article showing how good Allen has been in the playoffs. I linked it below.
    ——————————————————

In the last five seasons, only two teams have exceeded 55 regular season wins: the Chiefs (66) and the Bills (61).

Regular season wins are fine…if they lead to better seeding and playoff success.

Despite the Chiefs and Bills both leading the NFL in total wins over the last five seasons and each making the playoffs all five seasons, the Bills lag behind in playoff success.

In the playoffs, the Chiefs have:

    4 Conference Championships

    2 Super Bowls

    Meanwhile, the Bills have:

    0 Conference Championships

    0 Super Bowls

It is not so simple to suggest the Bills are great in the regular season and bad in the playoffs.

In fact, in the playoffs over the last five years, the Bills have 12 games played (second most in the NFL) and 7 wins (second most in the NFL).

Beyond that, they actually have a winning record in the NFL playoffs: 12 games, 7 wins, 5 losses.

There are only 6 other teams with a winning record in the playoffs the last five years, and ALL of them have at least one Conference Championship victory and Super Bowl appearance to show for it.

    Chiefs

    Rams

    Eagles

    Buccaneers

    Bengals

    49ers

read the rest in the link below…..

Allen is not the playoff problem

It's called injuries + bad officiating.

I’m still skeptic about Max and I hope he proves me wrong but I didn’t love his film. I thought there were a couple better DB’s and certainly better players in other positions available.

We and Beane cant have Elam 2.0

Don't be hung up on draft position. If you whiff on a 1st but hit a grand slam with your 6th pick, you still did good. Does anything in the world change if Benford was the first and Elam the sixth?

  4. LA Rams rookie Shaun Dolac already standing out this offseason https://share.google/Umx0shy4svjdUW6F6

"Shaun could probably take you out here and teach you the defense right now," Williams said. "He is a quick study, man, he really is. And that's one thing you respect from him… I think from the way he plays the game above the neck and the way that he had tackled in college, (if) he does that, Shaun is going to be another guy that will be somebody to reckon with."

Buffalo has another LB prospect in Red Murdoch this year.

  5. LA Rams training camp: 7 takeaways from Day 1 of practice https://share.google/0aZgV1Er3o0EztXpU

Dolac is an undrafted rookie out of Buffalo who had an outstanding, record-setting senior year in 2024. He’s looking to make an early impact for the Rams and secure a spot on the 53-man roster, and he’s off to an encouraging start. Miller noted that Dolac nearly had a sack on Garoppolo during team drills, flashing his potential at inside linebacker.

The NFL greed machine wants us to keep paying PSL fees. On that note, why does Cleveland need a new stadium?

I'm sure there is some greed involved but PSL's are really small potatoes in the grand scheme of things. Take the Bills stadium. I'm just guessing that $2,000 is the average PSL cost for 60K seats. That's $120MM out of $2.2B. But if you can build a stadium with bars restaurants, casinos and sportsbooks, etc. Now you're talking. Pretty soon football will be a sidelight in these Disneyworld stadiums.

The way things are going Buffalo and Green Bay are going to be the only open aired stadiums with a grass field in the Northeast and Midwest. I love that. Will be unique and Bills Mafia will continue to be the working mans experience during Bills games. Eagles games like many other teams will become a non intimidating wine and cheese crowd. I want a loud, rowdy, passionate, but sane Bills crowd at home games. Corporate America is slowly killing what made so many things in the USA special by pandering to the elites.

I guess I am not a wuss like many others on here. The partial roof and height of the field is going to eliminate most of the elements as is.

    Dome only made sense downtown.

As much I appreciate that sentiment, after the 5-degree Pats playoff game, I'm not sure I want to experience that again. I survived but my friend had real difficulty with the cold. Going to a Bills game shouldn't be like an expedition to the Arctic. Not at my age.

I selected my seat in the new stadium with the hope those heated concourses will waft down just enough to make 5 feel like 25-30 where I sit.

It's interesting to think about the total of NIL money versus the total of UFL money.

Average UFL salary was $64,000. What is the average NIL in the Big Ten or SEC?

Hey everyone.  I have tickets to training camp and this will be my first time attending.  I was hoping to get some tips for my first time visiting the area and seeing the Bills in person.  A few questions:

    1) Are all the tickets general admission?

    2) What’s the best time to get in line for good seats?

    3) What time does training camp end?

    4) Any other tips?

    Thanks!!

Not sure if you can still get away with this but the last time I attended training camp at SJF I arrived at 5am and just parked on campus, then slept in my car until it started.
