Pretty much all of them. The only sport I thought I played well enough was hockey goalie, and that was only up to competitive beer league. And these days, pickleball. I'm pretty good at that.

FYI you can back up those channels if you missed an act like Green Day last night.
I highly recommend seeing Meute. They are on at 7pm on the Outdoor Theater channel.

UB women's coach Becky Burke took the women's job at Arizona. Asst coach went to No. Illinois. Bunch of players left in the portal. The price of success as a mid major school.

I think its because of where you parking.
Its taken me 1.5 hours to get into the lot and 2+ hours to get out. Far more congested without Lot 2.It took forever before too. That's why I don't park in large lots Only small lots past the crush of traffic.

Barely.
Parking is an absolute freaking disaster at the moment. It's definitely more expensive. But a disaster? Where I park it's no worse than before. Just costs more.

Hold up, 2027? Why are they leaving it up for a full season while the new stadium is being used? Don't they need the parking?
Why would they not tear it down immediately after this season? Is it insurance in case the new stadium isn't ready?
Do they need it? No. We are managing now.

I am in the "You can pour me some old whiskey river my friend but I'll never smoke weed with Willie again" crowd... just dont like the loss of control and paranoia that comes with that stuff... I get why people like it but it doesnt work for me... I would be one of those paranoid heart palpitating bad trip dudes...
I've never done hallucinogenics but smoked weed on and off since school. It hits everyone differently. Some people get paranoid, some laugh at everything, in my case it fostered creativity. I've come up with various ideas and solutions to problems while high.

Does Josh Allen? I'd say yes most of the time.

What’s your basis for thinking this? Were you told this by a promoter or something?I think it was someone from the Bills a few years ago on WGR saying why they don't get more stadium concerts

So does the stacking make you feel more involved and closer to the action, or more like being in a helicopter hovering??
Gillette Stadium is built the same way. You feel like you're getting an aerial view from the upper deck.

Honestly, the only acts big enough to do stadium shows are generally not coming to a small market like Buffalo.Buffalo itself is small but there are 6-10 million within a 3 hour drive. The show creates it's own market. (You think people would stay away from a Taylor Swift show in Buffalo?) The issue has always been the venue. Big tour shows often have two identical stage sets and they want those sets put up, torn down and moved on quickly. Having one field level driveway is a killer.

In another life back in the 70s I worked stage construction for numerous concerts at the stadium and semi trucks had no issue backing down the tunnel for us to unload the steel required to build the stage. No turning around was ever necessary.
I'm sure it wasn't a problem. But the old stadium has only one way or out of field level, making it hard for big shows that "hopscotch" two stages to set up and tear down quickly.

The annual late season push to mediocrity is under full swing. Geesh. That 13-game losing streak looms so freaking large.
Enjoy the 10-game win streak to finish the season.

Can anyone explain why the Houston player didn't try up pick up the loose ball at the end?

OK, so UB should be a top 25 team because they beat the 109th ranked team by 4 points at home?Don’t get me wrong, good for UB if this helps their program….but they won the losers bracket. In context, they’re the JV champs.
I thought being a 30-win team would earn you a few votes. There are only 7 D1 teams with 30 or more wins. And rankings are never that precise anyway.

They’re #69!
Why are they behind the worst team in the NCAA? They won 30 games this year. Plus a post season tournament. Wouldn't that put them somewhere in the Top 25?

UB games are a bargain. If you bought them on the phone from the Athletic office, you'd only play $10 each. And parking is free!

Except the portal usually means your team will be totally different next year. I'm holding my breath to see what happens to this team. Does coach Becky Burke leave for a power conference, like Nate Oats did? How many players get poached?

No, I think his point is that the Sabres have historically been unable to carry over late-season success into the next year. I think the majority of fans understand this, but does the front office?
Here's how I look at it. The Bills went 17 years without a playoff game. And no one thought they were making the playoffs when they finally did.

Forgotten Buffalo tours happen infrequently but if they have one when you're here, it might be worth taking it in. About four hours, it's a pub crawl with food at some of Buffalo's family taverns. http://www.forgottenbuffalo.com/

Harrington pointing out that the late-season Sabres' runs are fools gold.
Mike Harrington: What impact does this run of good hockey have on the Sabres next season?
"In 2021-22, the first full year under coach Don Granato, the Sabres were 18-32-8 before finishing the season 14-7-3. The ’22-23 team endured that ugly eight-game losing streak in November and missed out by a point after going 10-5-2 in the last 17 games.
Last year’s team was on the playoff periphery and never really got close thanks to two losses in Detroit in the late going. But they still finished 10-7-1 before moving on from Granato and hiring Lindy Ruff. And this year’s club, of course, had that 13-game winless streak in December and went on an 0-5-1 slide around the trade deadline before finally showing what everyone had hoped for over the last 12 games. Too bad it took 60-plus games for the full package to finally be on display."
Okay, so are they supposed to lose?
