  1. Not "instead," "in addition to." I browse PatsFans and PatriotsPlanet, post at the KFFL Pats board, and post here. And before you ask, I post here because I was invited by a Bills fan at KFFL, and I quickly saw that it was a really nice board.
  2. I'm not entirely sure. I joined the internet football talk community in late 2000/early 2001, and they were both around then, to my memory. Before their first Super Bowl win and during an offseason in which they were routinely referred to as the worst team in football, if that's what you're getting at.

  4. I thought Mularkey was going to take the pressure of of Losman by running McGahee 30 times a game. That's exciting? Regardless, the Pats' "boring" offense was 4th in the NFL in scoring last year and torched the league's best D in the AFCC game, so...I'll take it.
  5. That's kind of what I was getting at. The Pats are worlds better at the most important position on the field. But you do have a point. Swap our roster and coaching staff with the Niners - they're Super Bowl-bound.
  6. I don't think you want the Pats' luck. Unless the thought of injuries forcing you to start 40+ different players during the course of the season is somehow appealing to you. That's the Colts you're thinking of, I believe. You know, the team that got the rules changed to suit their offense?

  8. Okay... Weis's system certainly does make horrible QBs look good, doesn't it. See Drew Bledsoe in 2000.
  9. Yeah, he got hurt in the Cincy game. It didn't seem all that serious, since I heard he was on the sidelines later in the game acting as if nothing was wrong. I think he hasn't practiced since, so that's worrisome, but all in all, it doesn't seem like something that will affect him for very long.
  10. Nope, just browsing the board at the moment. Seriously though, haven't we all reached the point of intellectual and emotional maturity at which gay jokes about obvious heterosexuals simply aren't funny anymore?
  11. Which thing would that be, now?
  12. Wasn't that Tony Carter that the Pats signed, from the Bears? Unless you're thinking of a different move.
  13. I found the retatta thread the other day. Funniest damn thing I ever read.
  14. Brady's hurt, it seems. Didn't throw hardly all week in camp and had a wrap on his right elbow.
  15. The funniest part was the wording. The article made it seem like they left on their own. Didn't the Bills kick their asses out of town?
  16. Very little, unfortunately, as Belichick is very secretive. Brady has a history of right arm troubles, though (Separated shoulder in '02 in '03, elbow injury in '03), so I am worried. I hope it's just precautionary, leaving him out. If Brady goes down, we fall to the cellar, no doubt.
  17. Maybe he'll give us next year's 1st for Rohan Davey.
  18. In terms of cheerleader rankings, it's really just: 1. Eagles 2. Everyone else
  19. That's why they use celebrities. The only trouble is that some of the celebrities are more like pseudo-celebrities, who you're lucky to have heard of let alone studied their breasts.
  20. Brilliant. Or the ever-popular "I'm'a tell you what."
