I'm not arguing that they do. What I am arguing is that you should really stop making Patriot-related predictions, as you have burned by them so many times in the past that it's approaching "running joke" status.
It wouldn't be the first time. Or the second. Or the third. Or the fourth. Or the...
I remember hearing (can't remember if it was during the time or after the fact) that if the Patriots didn't get Belichick from the Jets before the '00 season, they'd have hired Donahoe as GM and Capers as coach.
I never knew where to find OL stats before, so I checked out Pats' LT Nick Kaczur.
EIGHT SACKS! And in only nine games as the starter.
I almost wish I hadn't looked.
No, ABC loses TV rights after this year. NBC gets Sunday nights, and Monday Night moves to ESPN.
As for the topic, if it means no more Berman, I'm ecstatic.
Where did I mention Brady?
I wasn't aware that that had never happened before.
The last time that springs to mind is against the Pats in Foxboro in '02.
You'd know better than I if it's happened since then.
Great points!
Plus, I saw in Bledsoe's passing splits on ESPN.com that his career QB rating is nearly a million and a half points higher than Flutie's.
I DARE you to challenge my numbers.
Not so. I was just looking through some stat splits on ESPN.com, and I've discovered that Gus Frerotte is the league's top-rated passer.
I DARE you to challenge my data!!!
My sig line insults no one. It is simply a comparison between the Patriots' record in their last 26 games before Brady become the starter, and their record in the 81 games since Brady became the starter.
The only people it possibly insults are Cowboys' QB Drew Bledsoe, or anyone foolish enough to assert that Brady has not played a huge role in turning the Patriots around.
My name is a source of humor for at least two people. Nothing more.
My sig line is a reference only to Tom Brady's crucial role in turning around the Patriots' franchise. Nothing more.
Your reading of my screen name and signature seems to be on par with your ability to read statistical QB splits.
