Rex was not a good coach. No discipline and bad game manager . biggest mistake he made was bringing his brother in. You remember that year that the Jets came to Buffalo Rex let the team go to Dave and busters and had no team meetings in the hotel. We are at the Marriott for that game. As their buses picked them up and off they went, never had any meetings that's why Rex is a bad coach ground and pound can work
