The radio announcers stated that the whistle blew because his forward progress had stopped before the ball was extended over the line. Again, this was the radio so other than that I can't offer any other explanation....

Maybe if the Braves actually had a rivalry you'd have something to get excited about. Do you not get excited every week the Bills play even though it's not the playoffs? Yankees/Sux is a legendary rivalry and don't hate because fans get up for games between the two.

I'm not here to talk stevestojan but it was nice to see. Finally some life in the Yanks and some decent starting pitching from someone other than El Duque. It's unfortunate that they got the best of Rivera or we could've had the sweep. One thing I find so funny though is that every time Pedro's punk ass got a strikeout he would stare the batter down. He gave up 4 home runs!! What in the fug are you thinking staring anybody down like that when you are getting absolutely pounded???

Well I had to bust my ass to be able to come up for the St Louis game this year with my son, so they'd better get it together soon. I'd hate for my sons first game to be another joke.

I was listening to the game and not watching so this is my question. If all of you are saying that the ball crossed the goal line, then why in the hell wasn't it reviewed? If the replay clearly showed this then why did MM throw the little red friggin bag?

As a fan you always want to have hope but sometimes you have to look and realize that we just aren't any good right now. That said I'll still pick the Bills in every football pool I play in. As much as they stress me and make me sick I still love them and will route for them to win each and every week.

First, the ball was placed at the two because the play started inside the ten therefore the penalty was "half the distance". I agree 100% about stupid ass penalties. I can't say too much with confidence as I had to listen to the game on the radio and couldn't actually see it but here's my two cents from what I heard. Yes, Bledsoe holds the ball too long sometimes. Yes, he isn't very mobile. Yes, he had NUMEROUS good passes dropped yesterday! Travis Henry played like stevestojan. Our offensive line sucks. How can you not make one yard for a touchdown? Spread the field to give a crease or play action pass. Reese got completely made a fool of on the pump fake. You never let a receiver get past you especially on a 3 and forever play. Damn! Being a Bills fan right now is more stressful than being deployed to a combat zone. I know, I've been there. It'sl like getting kicked in the nuts every week. If the Yankees wouldn't have spanked the stevestojan out of the Red Sox the last two days I'd be losing it right now. GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR ASSES BILLS AND GIVE US SOMETHING TO CHEER ABOUT. Take the week off to clear your heads and work a good gameplan for NE. GO BILLS!!!
