  1. WOW! She is amazing. How good does she look starting with the set in the red/pink/whatever color jacket she's in with her hair tight? OMFG Now this chick has some real serious talent. Thank You!
  2. I like Terrence McGee. I can't believe the Bills don't make his jersey. I also like Lee Evans.
  3. Yeah exactly. OJ was awesome. And so was Braxton. The amazing thing was how many times the Bills actually ran the ball. But yet, IN ONLY HIS SECOND YEAR, after not throwing for hardly anything it seemed all game, Joe Ferguson took the Bills right down the field through the air for a score in crunch time to win the game. It was awesome. The crowd was JACKED. OJ also got hurt and had to leave the game. I would like to find the stats on that game. I'm going to look it up now.
  4. That's the reason this game stuck out in my head and made me post. Everyone talks nowadays about how you can't run with so many defenders in the box, yet the Bills O-Line carved up the Raiders front. Really cool stuff. Just imagine how good the Bills line had to have been.
  5. Fez, it's of very mediocre quality. But it is awesome I must say. Some of the Raiders drives are cut out too. Howard Cosell, and the gang were doing the game. Funny how many Cosell signs were hanging in Rich Stadium that night. He also sent me OJ going for 2003 vs. the Jets, and a 1989 MNF game with the Broncos at Rich Stadium. He only sent me the first quarter of that game because the Bills lost 28-14. However, the intro to the Broncos game is priceless. LMAO, it shows Elway and Kelly both shirtless flexing their right arms. The intro seemed like it was over a minute for each QB. Great stuff. If I ever fwd'ed on to you, I'd want to get his permission first. I'll ask and see what he says. He acutally sells his photos to book publishers and newspapers and stuff. He's that good. I don't want to lose his trust, so I'll ask him. If he has no problem, I don't either.
  6. Friend of mine, next to my season tickets, takes awesome pictures at the games. So, he sends me CD's of pictures from Sundays. This time he also sent me a DVD of the incredible 1974 Monday Night Football game between the Raiders and Bills. I'm not even kidding when I'm saying that the Raiders had AT LEAST 9 men on or around the line of scrimmage on every play. And OJ and Braxton were still blowing through the Raiders like they weren't even there. It was incredible. The game looked so odd, because it looked the Raiders were in some goal line defense while covering Ahmad Rashad one one one on the outside all night. Yet, the Bills O-line was still able to make holes, and then OJ and Braxton both would just run through people once they bounced through the holes that were made. Even when the Bills had two wideouts the Raiders still stuck AT LEAST 8 men around the line and single covered the wideouts. It's just blows my mind the Bills were able to run the football against that front. Simply amazing. The Bills won the game 21-20, after giving up a fumble for a TD with something like 1:23 seconds to go or something wild like that. Fergy was then able to lead the Bills about 70 yards in just over a minute to give the Bills a win. It was pretty cool to watch that game.
  7. I would give Losman a full year. However.....the way this team was built, with an aging, contracts about to expire defense, I don't think this was the right time to hand over a veteran laden team to a rookie QB. We have good WR's. A good RB. And a defense, while over-rated by most Bills fans, is still a good one. So, my question is.....why would turn over this type of team to a rookie (essentially) QB without a competition for his job?
  8. Wait, let me ask this. I can't leave it at that. They have solidified the QB spot in SD after one year of Flutie. They also have excellent trade bait with Philip Rivers. They took the worst line in pro football and made it one of the best. They went out and got Brees help with even guys that no one wanted to pay like McCardell and others. They admitted mistakes and got rid of or let go guys like M. Wiley. They have drafted some studs. They are also built to be a pretty balanced attack. Now, just like the 87 Bills, they will start to build their playoff record. They also got an experienced head coach. Now, take us. Our O-line still sucks. We took a Right Tackle that hasn't had a huge impact. Our QB situation is still a mess. We haven't been in the playoffs. 2nd go around with inexperienced coaching. TD has signed some good players like Spikes and Adams. But most of these other big name guys who we have plucked from other teams....I think we are starting to realize why they were let go by good organizations like Milloy fromt he Pats and Vincent from the Eagles. AJ and TD have been night and day, IMO.
  9. AMEN. Thank You Dee Ray. People make football way more complicated than it actually is. If you are beating someone's ass, you keep going back to it until they stop it. It doesn't matter if it's run or pass. Usually the guys up front dictate if you can do that or not. I was coaching in a game last year. Our offensive coordinator was a 66 yr old teacher who I thought was going to be awful. We ended up getting along great. I actually loved coaching with him. I was the D coordinator, so I was worried about his play calling, as I'm sure he was worried about my aggressive style. So, we're playing this team.....and our QB calls timeout, and comes over to the sidelines confused and tells the old coach that we should pass the ball. LOL, big mistake. We were pounding this team running it down their throat. So, coach says get your ass back in there and run the same play to the right, and then to left and keep repeating that until I tell you to stop or I'll get a freshman who doesn't want to make this harder than it has to be. LOL. I about died laughing. We won the game 42-6 and ran only 5 different plays all night. 1 of those was a pass play. I think we ran something like 71 offensive plays and 59 of them were 35 and 36 powers out of a wing T. LOL. Sometimes, when you find a weakness, you keep pounding it until someone proves they can stop it. Didn't Jimmy Johnson and the Cowboys only have like 8 different running plays with straight ahead blocking? If I'm not mistaken, I also believe Marv's Bills only had a limited number of plays that the Bills were VERY good at. So, after last week's first drive, why did Willis not see the ball 35 times that game? That's what makes me sick. Pass or Run....who cares. Do what is working and then adjust from there. And what is working usually starts up front, and there was no reason to think after last weeks first drive that we couldn't have done that all day. However, we never got to find out.
  10. I think all of this we need to run more stuff is off a little bit. We need to do what is working for christs sakes. The thing on Sunday was this......how in hell could Willis maul the Saints in that first drive and hardly see the ball after that again? That's what is inexcusable. If JP was torching the Saints defense throwing the ball, then keep doing it. I'm for realizing that you keep doing whatever is working until the other team stops it. Willis and the O-line carved up the Saints in that first drive, and then we totally stopped running. It was the most assanine thing I ever saw. That is what pisses me off. I don't care if we have to run it, or pass it, but if something is working well, keep going to it. Totally mind boggling on our part Sunday to abandon the run after it worked so well.
  11. If TD gave up his post, I'd buy him a season ticket next to mine next year.
  12. Yeah, it all depends on how you think you should be built I guess. Some teams take impact players, and some take Right Tackles.
  13. Yeah, but hey we have Modrak and TD....both. Laughable. Not saying that TD hasn't made some moves that we liked at the time, because he did. However, nothing he is doing is working. Modrak can't get a job to save his life, but yet, he's so good. The job AJ has done in SD speaks for itself. I miss him. Yet another reason to think back and realize just how good we actually were as an organization for the better part of a decade. Top to bottom, from front office to players. Wow.
  14. Yes it is significantly better. And please....Seattle and SL only made the playoffs because of the division and the NFC. And please don't talk about schedule......because our schedule was a joke. Not that anyone can control that since it's pre-set, but still. San Diego had the worst O-line in pro football when JB and AJ got there. That is now fixed. They have some great trade bait in Phillip Rivers or Drew Brees. They have awesome skill people and an improving defense. They play a BRUTAL schedule this year. If they can get through it, they are probably the 2nd best team in the AFC behind Indy this season and still rising. SD's roster is pretty damn exciting if you ask me, and should stay that way for a few years. Significantly better? By a mile. I miss the ole Buffalo Bills braintrust. Oh, but wait, can everyone tell me again how we not only have the best GM in TD, but also the 2nd best in Modrak. Hmmmmmmmm.
  15. I sent this one in.....I didn't think it would be answered because it was long winded, but I was just hoping it would be read. Also, I would never give up my season tickets either, but oh well...... Tom, I know there is no way you'll answer this long question, but I can assure you, if you don't at some point this season, you'll lose my two season tickets next year. It's getting increasingly difficult to watch the Bills play football. In your years here, I haven't seen progress except on the salary cap issue. Our coaching has been bad. Our players are undisciplined. You even started by taking away our uniform colors in which the team was great for over a decade. Everyone at One Bills Drive seems a bit testy when they get called into question about some football decisions that have been made, yet we haven't seen a playoff game in your tenure. But, week after week, we hear about how well we are progressing. I'm officially sick of it. So, I will let you tell me.....Why should I buy Buffalo Bills season tickets next year? And before I get a company line answer.....just remember, no loyal fans are jumping off of the bandwagon, however, when you have to spend $900 a year for two seats, to support all of you in the NFL to live luxurious lifestyles, we have to worry about how to better spend our money. Why should I re-new my tickets next year, considering what has happend in the previous 4 yrs, and 4 games?
  16. John and AJ (John started it for them, RIP) TD 4 years, 4 games Two ex-Bills - 1 Pittsburgh reject Any comments on where they are and where we are?
  17. I can't muster up enough strength to post on a lot of this....but I will say this AGAIN....... LINDELL DOES SUCK His first pressure kick this season.......MISS. Every important to semi-important kick he makes, he tanks. He is as kickers go.....the same as our defense on 3rd down plays. 9-9 in blowouts or wide margin games.....first game where we really need him to get us out of a hole......MISSED. Mark it down, I still think he sucks......even when he's I believe 9-10. First important kick under pressure this year....MISS.
  18. I can't disagree with anything. He came up here to Buffalo on his high horse acting like we have never played winning football. He acted like we were the Arizona Cardinals or something. You don't just come to Buffalo, and change EVERYTHING, when all we needed to do was re-load the gun. We just came off of seeing good football for the better part of 13 years in a row. We didn't need a color change and all of the BS. Just a roster overall and let's roll. I see why most of Pittsburgh hated TD. I also am starting to see why most of Pittsburgh was happy to see Mularkey go. UGH!
  19. I really like San Diego. They have a brutal schedule though. I really do think they have the only team that will be able to match up with the Colts, should Indy get homefield advantage this season.
