  1. I'm not trying to be mean but dude we gotta live in reality. I like Solomon's potential and his athletic archetype. He has some hugh Douglas, James Harrison potential imo. I think he's a potential breakout candidate next year and I'd like to get him a few more reps now. But dude.... Go back and watch the first series vs Detroit. Von Miller completely blew past Sewell ( maybe the best lineman in the NFL) and got a huge pressure. He's not prime Von anymore but he is still very valuable as a pass rush specialist and can be critical in a playoff run pressuring the QB, getting a sack etc. Like his presence alone with Groot keeps QBs from taking long traditional drop backs. We need to actually live in reality. I think Von is rated like 19th out of 200+ eligible edge rushers in pass rush productivity. He was big vs KC too ... His pff pass rusher grade is 75. He's been very effective for us this year in a limited role. He's here to be a closer in the playoffs. Von Miller even at his age now is still a legitimate top 10-15ish pass rusher. He can beat you in so many different ways and we absolutely need him to win the super bowl imo. Some of the Von disrespect is frickin bizarre and wild I guarantee you that dude is going to be huge for us in the playoffs.
  2. Passing on a relatively easy trade up to get big Ben when he was perfect for buffalo and everyone knew he was a baller was a gut punch. I literally had a draft party with friends and fully expected buffalo to get big ben and have him sit behind bledsoe for a year. I still hate we screwed that up.
  3. Jets passed on Dan Marino lol. Never gets old What's so embarrassing is that the buffalo gm and scouts were going to take Kelly or Marino at 14 regardless. Shows you how dumb the jets are
  4. Allen is prime Aaron Rodgers but bigger, stronger and more mobility. It's kinda unbelievable
  5. 😂 The NY jets not only passed on the greatest QB that's ever lived in 17, they passed on another top ten all time QB the very next year in 18 They then tripled down and instead of being patient and surrounding Darnold with competent coaching and talent, they traded away a good legitimate starting QB in Darnold. It's astonishing levels of incompetence They had 3 chances at an 83/04 QB class, and screwed up each time Passed on mahomes Passed on Allen Traded away Darnold The 18 class is living up to all the hype as it was compared to the 04/83 class Allen and Lamar both first ballot Hof QBs Baker and Darnold are legitimate starters and pro bowl level QBs Pretty embarrassing for the jets to repeat history of 1983 again and again 😂
  6. They'll be ready for whoever they face in the super bowl.
  7. I mean I like to tell myself that, but we got completely destroyed in the trenches in that game. Especially in the second half. Kelly was trying to mitigate their dline by getting the ball out quick. We were also trying to use their overwhelming defensive front against them on screens, counters, trap blocks etc... But at a certain point we're just getting manhandled. Sometimes the other team is just way better. I agree if we played perfect no turnovers maybe we beat them in the last super bowl. But IDK. That oline crushed my soul on that long TD drive. Emmitt had like 8 straight runs. It was embarrassing I think Kevin Gogan broke Phil Hansens leg on a down block. But on a positive note, that's what is different about this bills team. It's very very physical. Especially on the oline
  8. I can't imagine the social media reaction to the 98 pats game. OMG would be be raged out. This forum would've melted down
  9. Hutchinson was replaced with Zadarius Smith during the trade deadline Davenport was lost week 1 and Paschal has been the starter since Davis went down vs us, but he was replaced with Vildor who started last year Anzalone was lost but Long has started in the NFL and was playing well for Detroit. Their other starting lb is Campbell. Same for Turner and Nieman as depth McNeil went down vs us but Levi Onzurwrike has started for them and had dominant moments. They got a lot of guys back on their dline vs us Obviously they have had some rough injuries, especially with hutch. But when they traded for zadarius Smith they were dominating teams with the guys that played us It was vs the Packers that they had a ton of backups playing. They got like 4 starting dlineman back and a couple others back when they faced us The lions team that we faced was for the most part dominating everyone.
  10. Go back and watch the 1998 week 12 game vs the pats in foxboro. " The just give it to them game".... I will never get over that loss. It ended up costing us a home playoff game. Im still not over that loss One of the worst losses in my entire life. I despise the Patriots with my entire being ever since that game. It was that game that Eric Moulds became a super star tho.
  11. The 91 Washington team might be the greatest NFL team ever The 92-93 Dallas Cowboys were top 4-5 all time rosters ever. That 91 Washington team was better than the 07 Patriots. Ppl for whatever reason don't look at them with reverence or mention them Allen and Mahomes golf all off-season and drink beer Allen said this was his first off-season where he was a little more disciplined in workouts, diet etc
  12. Buffalo would beat Detroit into a pulp in the super bowl Buffalo 51 Detroit 27
  13. Solid points. I still think the Steelers will beat them again. We also need to have a Herbert conversation. I'm starting to think maybe he's a better traits version of Kirk cousins. Which is still a good QB, but not elite like ppl think. There is something about Herbert that is missing, I can't put my finger on it.
  14. It's a fake narrative that Allen beat a bunch of backups vs the lions They had their entire starting secondary, and vildor who came in for Davis started last year for Detroit. Campbell has started at linebacker, and guys like David Long and Turner have been playing for weeks They got 4 starting dlineman back vs us. Zadarius Smith replaced hutch weeks ago.
  15. I absolutely hate the Patriots and I hope we blow them out every single time we face them. They ruined 20 frickin years of my bills football experience I hope Allen doesn't retire until he's 50 and then we draft another Josh Allen and he plays until he's 50. And the Patriots finish last for the rest of my life. Screw Boston, and Ben Affleck is terrible. So is Matt Damon
  16. The ravens defense has good personnel and has been playing better lately. They're still getting blown out in Buffalo. Nobody is stopping Allen guys.
  17. Rousseau has been one of the most dominant dlineman in the NFL this year. He is still growing too which is nuts
  18. If we had tre in 21 we win by ten vs KC and win the super bowl. It's been some terrible luck from 20-23 In the 20 AFC championship all our wrs were seriously hurt.
  19. Buffalo 56 Pats 13 Allen 5 passing touchdowns Rousseau 3 sacks Elam int
  20. Yep. If it was even a mild high ankle sprain he wouldn't be practicing. This is more BS. He's doing this so if he loses the narrative will be " yeah but he was hurt nonsense" He does this crap every year. It's trolling
  21. Eric Moulds is the greatest wr buffalo has ever had. Eric Moulds in his prime is one of the most talented wrs to ever play the position.
  22. Jim Kelly was awesome. And his career was shortened from the two years in the USFL and later because of a shoulder injury in college which made him retire at 36 instead of 38-39.... His numbers were also suppressed by being in a conservative offense until the 89 playoffs. If Kelly never went to the USFL and was in a no huddle, wide open passing offense from the start, he absolutely would have put up insane Marino like numbers. His 1990 playoff, 89 playoff vs Cleveland and 1991 season where he almost got 40 passing touchdowns ( sat week 17) was Marino like. He was in his era no worse than a top 5 QB and had moments where he would make Steve Young or Marino look inferior. Kelly also ran like Allen a little bit in the 80s. The ultimate gunslinger Jim Kelly was the Terry Bradshaw of his time and Kelly had a slightly better deep ball than Allen. Go watch his USFL highlights, he had Ricky Sanders at wr. It was awesome 😎
