  1. We are so awesome!
  2. Yes, the team isn't going to the super bowl, but for the first time in too many years, the team will be energized, playing hard, and will have a coaching staff/front office, worried about this teams long term success. This is a team we can all be proud of and looking back to last year, is a victory in and of itself!
  3. Seriously, I do not think we will be as bad as the "experts" predict!
  4. At least he's not our problem any more
  5. CaseyD makes a great point. A football is a business and like in a Company, empolyees mirror the attitudes held by managment. If managment is lousey, chances are the employees are not going to shine. With a positive, "open" managment in Levy/Jauron I think we can look forward to a team we will love... for better or worse
  6. The problem is when you have a good team lose pre-season games (like the Marv Bills teams of the 90's), you say they are working out the bugs and giving younger/newer players a chance to make the team. When you have been terrible for the past few season, and you lose preseason games you give a harbinger of things to come. "Your shower shoes have fungus on them. If you win 20 in The Show, you can have fungus on your shower shoes and the press will think you're colorful. Until then, though, it means you're a slob." - Crash Davis in Bull Durham
  7. Bledsoe is great until about week3, then we will see how happy TO is.

  9. Week1? Sure, we did it once before and that team went nowhere fast. Heaven help us when we go to Foxboro if we do!
  10. Ralph didn't name the stadium after himself. The Bills board voted for it while Ralph was out of the room.
  11. I agree that Bills fan dwell in the negative - but its because its been too darn easy to spot as the positive has taken a serious stare, like finding Waldo! If the team can start to play clean, hard football consistantly, fans wioll let up a bit.
  12. Well to get raw meat to be edible, you have to cook it for a while. Its time to stop pussyfooting around and just name JP the starter. We are not going to the Super Bowl this year, so lets see if we drafted a QB or if we should start looking to the draft or free agency. He needs a full year of success and failure to see IF he has what it takes.
  13. Give Jim the credit, he called the plays from the 20 to the 20, he worked Ted Marchabroda's system to perfection. JP has yet to show the football smarts and maturity to run the no huddle... and less we forget one of the most beautiful O-lines ever!
  14. Thank you for your solid observations. I hope you and the wife had a good date night.
  15. Its nice to see the Jills taking care of themselves too
  16. Its a building year, but with a little magic, I billieve the team is going to surprise people this year, and not in a bad way!
  17. Hey, it's cool to see Bills fans in CT!
  18. Article on Brushci I hated the hype he got last year when the returned against the Bills, but now "Belichick hasn't said which wrist Bruschi broke or whether the player would be ready for the regular season opener on Sept. 10 at home against Buffalo." It will be yet another Brushchi miracle - his wrist healed just in time to beat the Bills single handedly! Thou, I got to give the guy props for his Make-A-Wish foundation work, that was nice to see.
  19. The guy should have stayed with the Buckeyes! Coach T would have set him straight.
  20. Wasn't RJ good in one game too? Holcomb is a career back up, good for spots, just not in the long haul.
  21. Its just nice to see SOME nice press about the Bills
  22. Well this is the beauty of training camp - on paper is anyone going to use the words Buffalo Bills and playoffs in the same sentence. Well, maybe if they are also using, not going to make. But the problem with your post RPCT is you are being downright negative before they play their first pre-season game, which we all know means squat. The Bills have a few stars, a few solid players and a lot of question marks, which will not even start to be answered until 9/10. You can play Nostradamus all you like, but save the sucks post until after game 4.
  23. Overall, this could turn out to be an interesting draft. No doubt ESPN and all the mags are going to grade the Bills poorly - and on the surface we deserve it. Maybe, after looking at tape of 2005, Marv and Dick think this team is not as dire as it would appear and that with the free agent additions the Bills will be a stronger team than last year. The draft is looking not to this season, but to next. Secorndary player always take a season to develop and linemen need time to adjust to NFL speed. 2006 = 8-8, 2007 12-4. Just my opinion
  24. Can the draft really give us any comfort. I hated Willis and he has turned out to be okay. I love the Mike Williams pick and well, we know how that went. Like Asia sang "Only time will tell"
  25. It's........ Beautiful
