Made it to a Superbowl. More than what anyone except for Von can say on our team. -
Superbowl Game Thread - Chiefs vs Eagles

Roseman is head and shoulders better than Beane. Worthy had 8 catches for 157, but we draft Coleman. -
Groot rarely ever gets doubled and I have seen TEs and RBs block him pretty easily. Physically he should be a beast, but he's been here for 4 years and has really yet to show anything consistently. He'll have a game or two in a 17 game season where you start to think maybe he's figured it out, but nope.
-
Buddy... I dont wanna argue with you. I respect your opinion. If you read my post, I specified defensive players that Beane drafts. I hope I'm wrong and where not here talking about BBB and the same exact thing that we have for the last 4 years at least. And Knox is not and has not shown that he is good or remotely close to what we pay him.
-
Lol... there's quite a few that are still on the team, but please be my guest and enlighten me
-
So are yours. Your a man of many words.

Not according to Turk! If you ask him, Beane just did a master class on drafting defensive studs that help us win SB's!

No My problem is I see the teams that are getting to the SB, Philly, SF, KC Cincy, GM's do a significantly better job drafting impact players, as well as Pro-bowlers on defense and offense. But our GM likes to trade with one of those teams even though the player that they pick always screws us over when it matters the most.

OK stat man. Here is your boy Beanes draft class since 2019. I list them all, but I want you to tell which defensive players hes picked in the first 3 rounds that are really good. I wont even add the 2024 draft here. 2019 Draft 2019 Class: DT Ed Oliver (No. 9 overall)= Just OK OT Cody Ford (No. 38 overall) = Not on team/JAG RB Devin Singletary (No. 74 overall)= Not an Team/JAG TE Dawson Knox (No. 96 overall) = Severely overpaid JAG LB Vosean Joseph = Not even in the league I dont think 2020 Draft 2nd Round, No. 54 overall | A.J. Epenesa, DE, Iowa. ... = JAG 3rd Round, No. 86 overall | Zack Moss, RB, Utah. ...= Not on team/JAG 4th Round, No. 128 overall | Gabriel Davis, WR, UCF. ...Not on Team/JAG 5th Round, No. 167 overall | Jake Fromm, QB, Georgia. ... = Cant even get on a State Farm Commercial 2021 Draft 261Carlos Basham Jr. = LOL/Giants PS 393Spencer Brown = Good Pick 5161Tommy Doyle = LOL 6203Marquez Stevenson = LOL/Not in the league 2022 Draft 1Kaiir Elam= LOL 2James Cook= Good Pick 3Terrel Bernard = TBD on him, Slow and little 5Khalil Shakir = Good Pick 6Matt Araiza= Hardly punted against us 6Christian Benford = Good pick for draft pick # 2023 Draft 1Dalton Kincaid= Jury is still out. Had great first season due to Diggs drawing all the attention. 2O'Cyrus Torrence = Good Pick 3Dorian Williams= TBD, prove that he is good or really good 5Justin Shorter= Hasnt seen the field 7Nick Broeker= Who?? 7Alex Austin = Who??

Show me anyone of the guys on defense that you think is worth where they were drafted at stats.... Please. Just start with the ones I listed. Not your PFR grades. Here ill remind you... AJ, Elam, Boogie, Groot, Oliver, Bishop. These were all 1st and second round picks of Beane, and I would like you to name one of these guys that are any good for the draft spot they were taken. Ed Oliver!
-
Proof is in the pudding. We have 2- pro bowlers on offense and none even close on defense. AJ, Boogie, Elam, Groot, Oliver have all been here multiple years and not one pro-bowl. The last probowler we drafted on defense was Tre, and Beane didnt draft him, so again, show me each and everyone of the players Beane has drafted stats, not these skewed numbers from PFR. And my original argument is that he has failed in the early rounds of the draft since hes been here, outside of Josh and Cook, which are both on offense.
-
Prove that your right and im wrong then!

Maxx is not coming to Buffalo. Beanes not making any trades to get him or Garrett. Beane will target some washed up, way past his best days FA and he will rarely produce. It's not what I hope, it's what I know and I will use his history as proof. The guy was a AGM in Carolina. His job was to crunch the numbers. He wasn't the talent selector there and people here need to understand that. He is limited and it shows by our drafts! Once and a blue he will get lucky, but he has yet to fortify our needs with any real studs.
-
Im even more pissed just bacuse of that lame ass PC that Beane and Mcdermott had! Beane was obviously at a loss for words and rambled about Hamlin and Von and Cooper. All three were disappointment's to me, but it really sounds like he will use our precious cap space to resign Hamlin and Cooper, both whom we should not even waste a roster spot or cap space on. The mission is to get younger, faster and meaner on Defense.
-
I would agree to an extent, but we had a top flight defense several years ago, coupled with Diggs, Beasley, Davis, Sanders and still lost because we our defense couldnt stop them. IMO we could have allstars on our defense and still lose to KC. The biggest problem we have is Scheme, which is on the Coach(s).
-
To me there have been way too many reaches with our 1st and second round picks and that is on Beane, who BTW I dont think really runs our draft in the early rounds. No matter how much so of his apologist on this board try and defend him.... he has sucked at getting us top end talent, especially on offense. I can name one outside of Josh Allen, who was drafted 7 years ago btw and his name is James Cook!
-
I dont disagree with you on this! Everyone knew he was a project before he was drafted, with many of the draft scouts stating that he was a mid-to late second rounder for sure. My beef is we draft him when we needed more of a sure thing if we are gonna draft a DE. If there were none better than him when we picked, then draft BPA at another position of need, and trust me we had many!
-
and we are in Cancun, so it doesn't matter what we did, or continue to do during the regular season if we get bounced pretty much the same way every year! Put everything you have on Philly! You will see a smart coach manhandle that anemic offense and the refs! Weve made numerous offenses look really good this year, including KC's. 16th best offense ever, couldnt even get one 1st down with the SB on the line!
-
Kincaids first year was very promising! I attribute that to two things. 1st- He was a rookie and no team had any type of true film on him. #2- Stefon Diggs, and this is the biggest reason. Having a true #1 who had a killer first half of the season, takes so much pressure off of everyone else. "Everyone Eats" Well if that is the case, then both Kincaid and Coleman malnourished.
